"The people at the reception are least bothered about customer experience, I reached early at 12 pm, so I didn’t get a checkin. But when I reached at 5 pm to checkin, they said the room is still not ready and asked me to wait. The rooms are small and hot water was not available. They should majorly work on customer experience and should behave properly with the incoming and outgoing customers."

Riya, Amit and Vinay were very helpful with the accommodations, travel recommendations and custom food needs for our infant baby. Shabbin, Payel and Tina even got gifts for our little one. Housekeeping staff was also very helpful and kept things very clean. It could not have been a better experience than this. Though visiting Kolkata for work, Hotel Astor was certainly full of memories, beautiful surprises and warmest hospitality. Would love to stay here again whenever in Kolkata."
