Though the to was a little small but was clean and maintained fine. It’s very easy to catch any taxis or autos right out of the hotel.

One of the worst hotel in calcutta. Staff and receptionist behaviour very bad. This type of hotel should be immediately closed.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

"average stay at hotel the crest inn. Rooms were not thoroughly cleaned and lacked a proper locking system. The bathroom was extremely small. Needs improvement in cleanliness and security. 2. 5/5 stars"

The hotel was okk! facilities were not up to the mark as per the price! bathroom was very small! no handwash was present in bathroom! ventilation was very bad in the room, no windows! tv remote was also not working properly! overall, an avg hotel staying experience!

Total 7 rooms for group booking good hotel room service also good staff behaviour and owner also take care for cleaning provide blanket room no e-1 it's ok but not good overall everything is ok
