It’s not wow but it’s good and the location is great. They have banquets, nice restaurants. I love the vibe in the coffee shop and the bakery is really good too. It’s walking distance from a lot of key landmarks in the city and also the consulates. There is a disco/club on the top floor which can be quite loud

The front desk people are so friendly... Especially thans to souvik from front office... The stay was very comfortable.. The room was very nice... I like the view from the room.... And service was very nice..... Again I like to come back in this hotel..

We booked Deluxe Double Room for 2 days. Our room was nice but Toilet in my room was third class. Toilet seat and Washbasin were joined so much together that we touch our knees with Washbasin. Location is not so good. It's on park Street area but very deep. Price we pay was almost 6000 per room without breakfast. So it very overpriced. Food was also very costly. In restaurant they do not give any discount but if you book through zomato may be get some discount.

I am staying for 3 nights the hotel was very nice and staff was very polite........ breakfast was good .... specially thanks for bell boy sauvik he is very safely taking care my luggage....and also very near by us consulate.............. thanks you visit again..........

Had a comfortable stay. Very close to Park Street and lot of food options near by. Clean rooms. Bathrooms are cramped but ok. Breakfast buffet is one of the best. Nice spread and very delicious. Courteous staff. Even after my check out they allowed to leave the luggages till evening. Will recommend.

Good Hotel. Nice ambiance. Staffs are very friendly and courteous. Reception folks were super helpful and also took a printout for my important doc. Irshad Nice location from US office. Breakfast was also good. Their Scarlet Bakery looks comfy with nice cakes.
