The hotel is well maintained and the staff is polite and helpful. Although the food is pricey but overall the quality of food is good. The receptionist Sirajul was very polite and always helpful. The ambience as well is nice. Overall it's a good hotel to stay.

Mr Gopal thappa was very helpful and excellent service given by him. All other staffs were also very good. The ambience was very good and good was. Also overall experience in the hotel has been very good. Would appreciate the wAy they are all working. I wish them all the best

Pleasant stay at hotel. Sanjib was very helpful guy. Location is near major attractions. Also got free upgrade at the hotel which was a nice gesture. ........ ....................................................................

Check in experience is good, Room service is also good, Soubik and Sanjib provided good service, Food was amazing, tried traditional Bangla dishes. Laundry service is also good. Checkout experience is also good. Amazing room and ambience. Overall good experience.

Good service, very polite and professional service and the room was pretty clean and also the bathroom hygienic Just that you cannot order a bottle of whiskey from the bar to your room Thank you for your service guys it was a wonderful stay!!!!

Very excellent service given by all the staff, room service is all excellent, special service given by Mr. Sanjiv , excellent room decor and ambiance of the hotel, super clean facility. Great stay experience , hotel restaurant food is also very good

Really clean and comfortable room. The ambience was really great. I really found the locality nice with lots of nearby restaurants. Its near to the us consulate so that was the reason for me choosing this specific hotel. Overall enjoyed my stay

It’s not wow but it’s good and the location is great. They have banquets, nice restaurants. I love the vibe in the coffee shop and the bakery is really good too. It’s walking distance from a lot of key landmarks in the city and also the consulates. There is a disco/club on the top floor which can be quite loud
