I stayed here for one night first time in Kolkata from Nepal heading to the Andaman Islands. I was greeted with lots of smiles, very friendly accommodating staff who helped me with everything I needed. I ate and drank at the bar. Everything was delicious. The room was very comfortable stocked with everything you need. Great view of their beautiful pool. It was closed for maintenance so I couldn’t try it. They made me feel like family. I highly recommend this hotel when you want to stay close to the airport in Kolkata. Thank you for everything!

Good rooms but due for renovation. Unfortunately the room allocated to me was a smoking room and they refused to change for a non-smoking room citing fully sold out. Poor response from the reception. I was compelled to compromise as i had to check in at 11 pm and was scheduled to check out at 6am

10 mins to the airport. Decent bed, clean washrooms, room was full of insects when i checked in. Very expensive for the standard provided

Location is close to airport but the service is no upto standard as per room charges. I will not stay next time and will not recomend. The towel given are not in good shape. Need to improve. No body assist to bring the luggages from room during checkout.
