Fraud hotel check in left my sandal and when u came in evening to collect they told that it is not in the room please don’t visit

We reached there at 12 but he did not give us the room, he said he would give it after 1 pm. The room was vacant but they said if you check in before 1 pm we will charge 1000 extra. They also charged rs 539 for a beer worth rs 180. Done.

Water supply was not there in the washroom, room tv was not working while check-in. However the technician came inside while we were in the room to fix the tv which was supposed to be done earlier. The room space was very less also.

I have been staying at this hotel for over a year or so with my girlfriend. Never ever felt unsafe or disy. The staff are very cooperative and helpful. They always try to help us as much as they can. It has been a very pleasant and comfortable experience.

Very bad rooms the phone was not working. Water leaking from window to your room. Rooms smells very bad. The food are to costly. The hotel infrastructure is very bad, the hotel is too much costly not worth of money please don't book here.

The location of the property is very good, rooms facilities are also quite good, staffs are ok. Rooms are clean the only downside is the resturent and its menu. You have to pay instantly when u order any food and the food quantity was very poor.
