3-Star Hotels in Kolkata

I was mostly satisfied with the stay in Ibis hotel, but room service was not available when I tried to order meals through the internet.

Excellent stay, and great to meet three musketeers enthusiastically led by Mrs. Chowdhury. Except for dyed grandpa at the reception with an ego of a size you may call not quite ok in the hospitality business and quite preoccupied, but still an interesting guy to talk to a lengthy monologue into his deaf ears who then responds by wielding a trick on how to insult a better person in a subtle ***ner. Five star quality room. Just be careful on the street as a fast and furious car chasing its own tail pipe occurred as I was advising a very strange uber driver. The hotel was professional enough to be courteous and very sweetly invited us back. That is the confidence one wishes to see in the hospitality business.

it is a good property .Food spread was limited otherwise good place to stay again

Overall, it was a good experience. The location is very good. One can reach the nearest metro station by walk only. Rooms are clean and maintained. They allow early check-in and late checkout (subject to availability. Only one bad thing, buffet breakfast is not suggested, as a group of non professional people maintains this. There are several better options nearby. One can book the stay but should take their food outside.

The property location is in central kolkata, food is also good. Just two problems are there; #1. No elevator as the property is an old one and very difficult for for persons with breathing problem and # the washroom, although very clean and well maintained, remains wet for a long time. Otherwise, the staff and management are very cordial and helpful.

The floor was full of fine sand. But the hot water was good. The location was a little far from the center, but within walking distance.

My stay was excellent. Every staff member started from reception to the service personnel who are very well behaved and the food is also very good in quality and taste. Over all everything is cost worthy. I will suggest everyone to choose this property for their stay.
