"Simple and quite old interior. Location is about 5 - 6km from the city center, shuttle and airport pick-up are available. The staff is quite friendly, only I was disappointed with the PIC receptionist, I ordered take away breakfast because I was picked up in the morning by the tour for a 1 day trip, it turned out it was not provided. So on the day, I had to wait again. For the shuttle to the airport, it was also combined with guests with a 13.30 flight, asked to wait past the time I reserved, even though my flight was at 12 noon. The variety & quality of breakfast is very lacking for a 5 star hotel."

"The hotel's proximity to the port made it very convenient for sea excursions. There's an ATM right outside, a small convenience store, and a street nearby offering boat/scooter rentals and dining options, which was very handy. The night market seafood wasn't as delicious as what we've had in Jakarta, and dining there in the evening was quite unpleasant due to the pervasive smoke. Complimentary airport transfers are a great plus. The hot water was excellent, which I was very satisfied with. I would definitely consider staying here again for future sea trips. Environment: On our second night, we returned to find a bag of trash inexplicably left outside our door, which was incredibly frustrating! 😡 Service: Good. Facilities: Good. "Zasgo Hotel truly feels like a hidden gem in Labuan Bajo. Upon arrival, we were given a complimentary upgrade to the suite on the 8th floor – an amazing surprise. From our room, we enjoyed a breathtaking view over the town and harbor, which instantly made our stay memorable. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, assisting us with everything from arranging tours to organizing transport. When I had a complaint about the water pressure in our room, it was quickly resolved while we were out for dinner – outstanding service! The only minor downside is the location. Instead of a 5-minute walk to the main strip, it takes about 10 minutes. But honestly, we didn’t mind at all – it even helped us reach our 10,000 steps a day 😉. Overall: a comfortable hotel with excellent service, beautiful views, and a warm atmosphere. Definitely recommended for anyone wanting to explore Labuan Bajo."

"The room serves its purpose well as a temporary stopover, especially for those on day trips. There's new construction happening right in front of the hotel. Overall, I'd rate it around a 3 to 3.5-star hotel. Hot water was just okay, and water pressure was a bit low. The evening view from the sea-view room was decent. Since we were on a day trip, the front desk offered a packed breakfast service. However, on the second day, they made a mistake. For our group of four (2 adults, 2 children), we were supposed to get two breakfast packs. Instead, they only gave us one bag containing drinks, mineral water, and cutlery on top, completely forgetting the actual food pack. As a result, we had no breakfast for our day trip. Thankfully, Ctrip stepped in to resolve the issue and refunded a portion of our breakfast fee. Overall, at this price point, I would still recommend it, especially considering the included transfer service."
