If you are looking for a convenient place to stay, our guests have told us that this location is excellent. This hotel is a popular accommodation for couples.
"Hotel was ok, nothing special, just normal hotel, but we had strange situation with smell of cigarettes in a room and we are not smoking and were with little baby. We were so tired after a long trip, wanted just wait when this smell go away, but it became even worse and we needed to change room in late night with baby, who wanted to sleep it had an impact on overall impression! But stuff was very nice and friendly, did their best to make it smooth and quick.
Also we know for sure where we left new baby sunscreen that we just bought and when we asked to check it they said that didn’t find, but it couldn’t be anywhere else.
Generally it’s ok, best location in city center, nice walking area, breakfast also was not bad, kids room is nice, pool area with good view. I hope no one else will have this situation with smell of cigarettes because it is disgusting, specially for people with allergy like me and small kids
But everything can happen, overall this hotel in ok"

"We stayed in Sudamala resort 6 days, and we spent a wonderful time. What was the best part of the trip? All! The stuff is incredible, supportive and helpful. As we are people who are passionate about the local culture, we asked them to find the place to visit and experience the local dance. They organized everything for us. I had a bad experience with jellyfish and decided to go to the hospital. They took me there and organized the car to brought me back. The food is like in the best restaurant, the room (beachfront) is big and clean, the pool is beautiful and I really enjoyed spending time together with my husband. I went to give a special thanks to Hubert who helped us a lot. Oh, I forgot, the hotel management organized a small cocktail party for some guests and exchanged our experience with the. With a glass of very good champagne. So, to make the long story short, Sudamala is the hotel with the soul and we will always remember our time there. Thanks!"

"Good hotel for it's price. The pool isn't so huge but it's doable. Rooms are clean and tidy. Service was great. Nice n friendly staff.
Yes the beach is so so dirty. We just came back from a 3days /2 nights yatch trip so we didn't care to to go to the beach. Otherwise if you are booking a beach vacation it will be a bad disappointment.
On one of the three days that we were there, the neighbouring plot of land kept burning leaves as they were land clearing. Smoke travelled towards the pool and our room area That also spoiled our day."

"It is a quiet and lovely resort for those who prepare to stay at the outskirt of the town with nature vibes.You will hear birds chirping sound in the morning and a stunning view.
It is good if you know how to ride scooter as it is about 15 mins ride from the town, and the road at night can be too dark for a single rider but worth the experience.
The brilliant sunset cafe pondok sinara garden is just about 8 mins from here and fore this is the best sea view of my life ( it will take 30 mins from the town).
After all,if you don’t expect too much on the quality of stay in terms of comfort and coziness, but instead you prefer what the nature has to offer ,it will be a great place."

Our stay at Crowne Plaza Labuan Bajo was truly the best we’ve ever experienced. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such genuine warmth and open hearts that it immediately felt like home. Every member of the team was exceptionally polite, attentive, and incredibly hospitable — the kind of service that leaves a lasting impression.
The location itself is brilliant, offering the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and the natural beauty Labuan Bajo is known for. Throughout our stay, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Their kindness and professionalism added so much joy to our trip.
Honestly, this is the best property we’ve had the pleasure of staying at, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone. Thank you so much to the entire team for the grand and heartfelt welcome — it made our stay truly special.

Not only did they make all arrangements for all or our day trips, but a member of the team even raced after us to the airport with some items we didn't even realise we left behind.

I stayed on the seventh floor, and with no elevator, climbing the stairs was quite a workout. No hairdryer was available in the room, but they provided one when requested.
## Environment:
The hotel's decor was alright. However, being sensitive to smells, I found the room's fragrance overwhelmingly strong.
## Hygiene:
Both the bedding and the room were quite clean.
## Service:
The staff were friendly and patient, and they promptly fulfilled my requests.
## Location:
It's super close to the airport, just a quick walk. However, it's a bit further from the main street.

**Location:** The hotel is very well-situated in the city center. The town isn't very big, so you can walk to most places.
**Cleanliness:** For a small town, it was quite good. They provided a hairdryer and toiletries.
**Service:** My English isn't great, but I could still tell the staff were very enthusiastic. They also helped with our luggage (there's no elevator).

DDmitriiOAn excellent hotel where everything is thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable stay. The rooms and the entire property were very clean and well-maintained — everything looked neat and pleasant. The water in the shower was always running well, and there was consistently hot water, which is especially appreciated after a long day.
A special thanks to the staff: kind, smiling, and always ready to help — you can really feel that they care. We were especially impressed that they prepared breakfast earlier than usual for us because of our early tours — a small gesture, but it says a lot about their attention to guests.
At night, it was quiet and peaceful, nothing disturbed our sleep, and the room had a cozy atmosphere. The grounds are beautiful and green, clearly well looked after. We were very satisfied with our stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to our friends. Truly well done!

VvanessaafigThe hotel is in a good location with restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacy nearby (a 15-minute walk from the Harbour). The room is big and clean, even though the bed sheet was a bit old with some tiny holes. I had an issue with the shower - when I used the shower there wasn't hot water and during my shower the water was over. There wasn't a trash bin in the room neither. It would be great to have a kettle in the room but the staff were very helpful when I asked for hot water. If you stay in a room nearby the reception it can be a bit noisy sometimes. Nice view from the reception though!

GGuest UserPlace looked like the pictures but was a bit more dirty in the corners of the room but otherwise no problem. Staff was friendly and helpful. The place is a bit far from the airport however only 10min walk to the harbour. There was also a prayer place right across the street so it got very loud at 2am

As the name hints the property is located on a hillside which means there are a lot of steps. However it’s worth it for the view! It also means that amenities like water are hard to deliver, and we had to wait for more water to be pumped up- not an issue just something to note. Overall the property has a lovely rustic charm, but I would advise brining water or wine/drinks to enjoy on the balcony (there is a fridge) as the restaurant doesn’t have anything other than beer and it’s a bit of a distance to the shop. The staff were really kind & helpful with all of my questions. I would stay again 😀
