"It was a nice experience — the location is quite convenient, just a short walk from the main street. It’s easy to grab a GrabBike to go anywhere, and there’s a supermarket and a Miniso right outside the hotel. The rooftop restaurant has a great view, and the breakfast tasted even better than I expected. Most of the staff were very friendly, except for Isama — I’m not sure if she was being racist or something, but while she smiled warmly at white guests, she kept rolling her eyes at me and my friends.

"This hotel made me remember the name Sudamala! Excellent in every way!
1: I absolutely loved the food at this hotel. Every dish was delicious, and I especially loved their chili sauce! My mouth is watering just thinking about it... The fish on the menu, local Indonesian specialties, skewers, seafood soup, salads, desserts – everything was so good! And the best part is, it's not expensive! Two people can eat very well, including drinks and dessert, for just 100-200 RMB!
2: The hotel's decor is thoughtfully designed, and I particularly love the color scheme! It has the vibe of a five-star Maldives hotel. The environment is beautiful, like a garden, and I enjoyed strolling through it every day. The air is fresh and relaxing! Although it's smaller than many large resorts, it has everything you need – small but perfectly formed!
3: The hotel is great for snorkeling, and they even offer free kayaks. The beach right in front of the hotel is full of extensive coral gardens. With such great snorkeling right there, you don't even need to pay for an ocean excursion. (Of course, you still need to go see the Komodo dragons!)
4: The value for money here is unbeatable. Standard rooms are only a few hundred yuan, and I chose a Villa suite for just over 1000 yuan. Honestly, it's comparable to a regular five-star hotel in the Maldives, but at a tenth of the price. Having just returned from the Maldives, staying at this hotel felt like such a bargain.
5: The only downside is that I'd recommend more staff training. The male receptionist at the front desk couldn't help with anything I asked, which was a bit of a damper."

"The hotel was quite good and thoughtfully arranged a quiet room for us, even though it is located very near the mosque. The location is super strategic, making it easy to access nearby attractions. Unfortunately, the weather at the end of December was not great, so we were unable to enjoy the beautiful sunset.
The service was good, and the staff were able to resolve our requests within an acceptable timeframe. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, which we really enjoyed.
The complimentary 15-minute leg spa was a lovely touch and made me feel very comfortable after a long day trip."

"Great hotel nearby the center, very easy to go everywhere with gojek scooters or the shuttle. The service is good and the breakfast amazing. Some of the amenities would benefit from maintenance / renovation (lift broke down one time, AC was very soft, the pool was not cleaned systematically)

"This place operates as both a hotel and a hostel, and we chose an individual room for added privacy. Social spaces like the rooftop bar and pool are great for meeting people and create a fun atmosphere.
The room was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. Overall, it offers excellent value for money. The only downside was a slightly unpleasant smell from the toilet’s drainage pipe, but aside from that, everything was close to perfect. At this price point, there’s really not much to complain about."

"One of the few resorts in Labuan Bajo that actually comes with its own beach. It was built in 2013, so while it’s not brand new it is only a little over a decade old.  We stayed two rooms for two nights — the whole experience felt relaxing and family-friendly. The resort appears well-maintained: according to recent listing info, it underwent renovations in 2023, which helps keep facilities and overall condition in good shape. 
The beach area right in front of the resort is great for morning walks, kayaking, and even snorkeling. Honest feedback: though it’s a beautiful sheltered bay with clear water in the morning, there was unfortunately a noticeable amount of plastic trash along the shoreline. The natural setting is lovely — but the trash did dampen that much-anticipated beachfront vibe.
A super helpful tip for future guests: on our last day we kayaked from Sylvia Resort across to a nearby beach area (near the private/restricted beach of a neighbouring property), and the water there — calm and coral-rich — felt like a small marine nursery. We spent about 40–45 minutes snorkeling there: that side-trip was definitely worth it.
Overall, staff were helpful, the atmosphere peaceful (far from the busy town center), and the resort offered easy access to the jetty — very convenient for island-hopping tours. It remains a solid choice for families or travellers wanting comfort, beach access, and a laid-back seaside atmosphere. did the Slyvia hill hike in the morning b mmng"

"I always choose this hotel whenever I visit. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a great ambiance – every shot taken in the room looks like a perfect scene. The hotel offers many activities, but they all require reservations, so I didn't get to experience everything. The pool is excellent; adults can take photos while kids swim, everyone has a good time. The restaurant is decent too; I ate there for several days and didn't get tired of it."

"Far exceeded expectations!
Let's start with the negatives. It's three or four kilometers from the city center, and since we don't know how to use a motorcycle, we had to take a taxi, which was a flat rate of 100,000 yen.
The rest are positives. The room is above 4 stars in every way, and the price is reasonable, making it an excellent value!
The breakfast selection isn't extensive, but it has everything you need, and the bugs are almost negligible. In this kind of environment, who cares about bugs?
We used the pool both days. We didn't go in the sea, but the beach chairs were nice to sit on.
You're greeted by flowers right outside the door, and the sea is right behind you! Incredible views!"

"This was the first hotel we stayed at during our Mokodo trip.
**Location:** The hotel is very well-situated in the city center. The town isn't very big, so you can walk to most places.
**Cleanliness:** For a small town, it was quite good. They provided a hairdryer and toiletries.
**Service:** My English isn't great, but I could still tell the staff were very enthusiastic. They also helped with our luggage (there's no elevator)."

Our stay at Crowne Plaza Labuan Bajo was truly the best we’ve ever experienced. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such genuine warmth and open hearts that it immediately felt like home. Every member of the team was exceptionally polite, attentive, and incredibly hospitable — the kind of service that leaves a lasting impression.
The location itself is brilliant, offering the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and the natural beauty Labuan Bajo is known for. Throughout our stay, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Their kindness and professionalism added so much joy to our trip.
Honestly, this is the best property we’ve had the pleasure of staying at, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone. Thank you so much to the entire team for the grand and heartfelt welcome — it made our stay truly special.

Nanti kalau ada rezeki datang labuan bajo lagi, memang akan repeat stay sini. Cuma kekurangan dia, jauh sikit dari bandar so susah nak cari makan. Kalau sewa motor pastu nak keluar makan malam, macam seram sikit la sbb jalan mmg gelap. Takde lampu jalan. Kitorang datang masa musim hujan jadi habis basah kuyup naik motor 🤣Hotel ni ada je restaurant sendiri, cuma makanan macam biasa2 je tak sedap sangat. Tu je la kena improve kot. Tp scenery & interior design hotel mmg cantik sgt dah macam cerita Moana

AAndreaSem76Amazing resort, placed in a peaceful place without any noise, only the sound of birds and the monkeys that play and eat in the fruits tree. The staffs is very kind and friendly, ready to satisfy every your needs. Beautiful the restaurant that cook yummy dishes every day for lunch and dinner. Various and generous the breakfast. The room, I took Mountain View with private pool is simply amazing. All forniture are new and the room is wide and in a great position.

BBeaunitta van WykWe had a wonderful stay at Parlezo Hotel. Our room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated. It smelled fresh, and the bed and bedding were incredibly comfortable. Being on the 10th floor, we also had a lovely view, which added to the experience.
There were, however, a couple of drawbacks. The hotel does not have an elevator, so reaching our room required climbing quite a few flights of stairs—which was tiring, especially in the intense heat. Additionally, the hotel did not offer any beach towels, not even for rent, which would have been a helpful amenity.
Despite these minor inconveniences, we truly enjoyed our stay. It’s just a pity it was so short. We absolutely loved this hotel and would gladly return.

Aaimanali2509A comfortable stay for a night in Labuan Bajo. The room was clean, simple, and perfect for a short transit before our island activities. Location is excellent — close to the town center, cafés, and the seaside stretch. Check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly. For the price, it’s definitely good value.
It’s also a convenient stopover before signing on to any liveaboard at LBJ Marina. We loved that it was walking distance to MimaMori LBJ for a healthy breakfast the next morning, and Kampung Ujung for dinner was still reachable on foot. There is also Cocamama Spa located at the rooftop of the same building, offering affordable treatments — definitely worth trying if you’re in LBJ. A fuss-free and strategic choice for travellers.

DDmitriiOAn excellent hotel where everything is thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable stay. The rooms and the entire property were very clean and well-maintained — everything looked neat and pleasant. The water in the shower was always running well, and there was consistently hot water, which is especially appreciated after a long day.
A special thanks to the staff: kind, smiling, and always ready to help — you can really feel that they care. We were especially impressed that they prepared breakfast earlier than usual for us because of our early tours — a small gesture, but it says a lot about their attention to guests.
At night, it was quiet and peaceful, nothing disturbed our sleep, and the room had a cozy atmosphere. The grounds are beautiful and green, clearly well looked after. We were very satisfied with our stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to our friends. Truly well done!

IIsawSmall hotel near the Main Street of Labuan Bajo. Location is great. Ideal starting point for the Komodo tours as pick up and drop off will let you get home without having to spend too much time stuck in traffic. Also? It’s less than 2km from the airport making it super convenient and cheap to get to. Shame I found a couple of small insects roaming around. Bonus points for the sunset/sunrise views!

GGuest UserPlace looked like the pictures but was a bit more dirty in the corners of the room but otherwise no problem. Staff was friendly and helpful. The place is a bit far from the airport however only 10min walk to the harbour. There was also a prayer place right across the street so it got very loud at 2am

AAnonymous UserThe scenery of the hotel is so beautiful! The morning and evening are the most healing time. The room will be very hot during the day! The air conditioning is not good, but the service staff are very friendly and will solve any problems in time.

The car to the hotel can only be parked on the main road. You need to drag your suitcases along a muddy road of about 80 meters and about 150 steps. You need to be self-reliant the whole way. There are only two female service staffs with limited strength. We almost collapsed on the way to check in.

If you are afraid of animals, please choose carefully when sleeping at night! ! The toilet in the room we arranged is open-air. At night, we saw rats, centipedes, geckos and all kinds of insects.
There will be mosquitoes and geckos when you sleep at night! Please bring ointments and mosquito repellents!
