This is our first time at Lake Constance and we chose this hotel by chance. The rooms are very modern and clean. You sleep very well there. The staff is very friendly and helpful. A big plus is the very good breakfast. Even better is the dinner in the restaurant as part of our half board. We can eat ala carte every evening. Very tasty. We will definitely come back again.

Great room, very clean and as good as new. The service at dinner was really good. Unfortunately there was no breakfast service. There were no more rolls until 10am for breakfast at 9:30 and the milk was cleared away at 9:55... I had to clear the previous guest's plates and cups off the breakfast table myself twice, even though they promised to clean it - but nobody came! The service staff had time to have breakfast themselves from 9:45 and had breakfast and smoked outside. The breakfast service is bad - unfortunately! I overheard one of the people in charge say at the counter - what's going on, you have to bake rolls, the guests want something to eat!!! The roll basket at the buffet had already been empty for 20 minutes... There's a lot of room for improvement at breakfast. I would have liked to have given more stars for the service, the evening service deserves 4.5 stars. Unfortunately the breakfast service only got 1, otherwise everything was great!!! Feel good all around We spontaneously booked 3 nights and are absolutely delighted. Service and staff are super helpful and friendly. The room is very clean and comfortable. We really relaxed even in the short time we were there. Slept very well, you can tell that the beds are of high quality. As an allergy sufferer, I was definitely satisfied. And the extensive breakfast is just great. Nothing to be desired. This was definitely not the last time we were here. Thank you for your hospitality

Das Hotel Volapük beeindruckt mit einer freundlichen Rezeption, jedoch das Zimmer 41 bedarf dringend einer Renovierung, insbesondere das veraltete Badezimmer zeigt deutliche Gebrauchsspuren. Trotzdem war das Bett bequem. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine ausreichende Auswahl, jedoch das Halbieren der Croissants wirkt irritierend. Im Hotelrestaurant ist das Essen gut, jedoch die Bedienung unbeständig, mal freundlich, mal schnippisch.

Top Lage. Gut ruhig, direkt beim See und schnell in der Stadt. Guter Parkplatz. Leider aber Unfreundliches Personal am Check in, enttäuschendes, sehr abgewohntes Zimmer mit null Ausstattung. Kein Wasserkocher, kein Kühlschrank/minibar/… Einzelbetten die sich die ganze Zeit verschieben und extrem beschädigte Kopfteile (siehe Bild ) und auch nicht wirklich super sauber… ist das Geld leider nicht wert

Mooi hotel , ligt niet direct in het centrum. Mainau is wel op wandelafstand te bereiken . Het hotel is ideaal gelegen als je er met de fietsen bent . Anders moet je vaak de auto gebruiken. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt met vriendelijke bediening . Kamer ruim met een mooi terras .
