"I wouldn't even give one star if I could. The stay experience was absolutely terrible, but I'll still give an honest assessment of the environment and cleanliness. On the night of our check-in, my child was showering when the hot water suddenly cut out. We called the front desk, and a maintenance person came to inspect it. After a long wait, they suggested we use another room to shower. Despite the inconvenience, we agreed. However, that room also had no hot water. We waited again, only to be informed that there was no hot water in the entire hotel, and we wouldn't be able to shower until it was fixed the next morning. The staff on duty that night were polite and apologized, suggesting we contact their manager in the morning to discuss compensation. Although we were thoroughly frustrated, having been disrupted from after 10 PM until almost midnight without a shower, there was no better option, so we just went to bed. The next morning, we spoke with the manager, who seemed to be already aware of the situation. He stated he couldn't authorize compensation and simply handed us a business card for the general hotel manager. While that was already frustrating, what really got to me was when I pointed out that a hotel-wide hot water outage shouldn't happen at a hotel like Hilton. He immediately shot back, "What do you mean 'shouldn't'? These things happen. Equipment breaks down, we fixed it this morning, it's normal." Hearing him dismiss the issue as "normal" and not receiving a single apology, I felt there was no use in continuing the conversation. If this is the hotel's attitude, then all I can say is I will do my best to avoid booking here again in the future. It was absolutely shocking! On a positive note, I must commend Trip.com. This incident originally had nothing to do with them, but after I contacted them, they proactively addressed the issue and even provided some compensation."

"Extremely bad review: fraud, insulting customers, and malicious blackmail! 1️⃣ Malicious accusation + blackmail The hotel accused me of dirtying the lamp and demanded 95 euros to replace it. The evidence was clear: the stains were clearly old (visible even in dim light) and I only stayed 2 nights. When I asked for a maintenance certificate or price list, they refused to produce one. And when I asked them to show me a photo of the front desk lamp when I checked in as evidence, they couldn't produce any. This is clear slander and blackmail! This is blackmail! Specializes in defrauding guests of their money. 2️⃣ Invasion of privacy + secretly photographing items I had put up a "Do Not Disturb" sign, but the staff still barged into the room without permission! He clearly had my contact information but did not try to contact me at all and only entered the room after obtaining my consent. What’s even more disgusting is that they secretly took photos of my personal belongings, seriously infringing my privacy and human rights. 3️⃣ The room is like a garbage dump The carpet is moldy and the walls are cracked. It is not worth the price at all! After the complaint, the manager had an arrogant attitude: "You can stay here or not. You can pay for it later!" My reasonable cancellation of the order was unreasonably rejected. As a lone Chinese woman traveling alone, I was maliciously targeted and deliberately put under mental pressure throughout the entire process. Sexism, ******! 4️⃣Poor privacy There are peeping neighbors around, which also violates my privacy."

"This is an apartment-style hotel with various tableware, induction cookers, dishwashers, etc. There is also a hanging bamboo chair in the room. The hotel is not located in the city center of the old town, but it can be reached on foot in 30-40 minutes. A big supermarket "E" is a 15 minute walk away, it also has Asian food and instant noodles 😊 The rooms are very clean, the beds and quilts are comfortable, and you can turn on the heater when it's cold. There are free parking spaces on the road nearby the hotel. Overall it's convenient."

"Certainly one of the best hotels on Lake Constance. Great location right on Seestrasse on the Bay of Constance with a good Riva restaurant and Ophelia star restaurant. We were upgraded to a newly renovated room with a tasteful ambience. Nespresso machine and free minibar in the room and there were eggs Benedict for breakfast. The pool on the roof is excellent."
