Stunning hotel, amazing for a chilled break to completely wind down, this is one of the first holidays we’ve found we’ve fully managed to do this, the beach is lovely and always plenty of sun beds available, all the staff were very welcoming! Special mention to Anna on reception who was so welcoming and couldn’t do enough for you. Anna booked us restaurants and helped advise us throughout our holiday she truly made our experience one to remember, we also got talking to one of the waiters from Ukraine didn’t get her name but she was so lovely and always went out of her way to make us feel welcome.

Stayed in October, everything was perfect, staff is super helpful, hotel is clean and position is perfect for a great holiday.

First solo trip and it was absolutely perfect. Super chilled, quiet atmosphere and the hotel is beyond stunning. I done the breakfast only option, which was perfect for me as the evening à la Carte menu was delicious and very reasonably priced. Staff were all lovely and approachable. Next time I will most definitely book the swim up room.

Arriving 8 hours late due to a flight cancellation we were collected by the hotel at the airport and the stress melted away. We had missed our evening meal and were greeted by Anna's lovely smile, a quick check-in and complimentary sandwiches sent to our room. It's our second time staying a D'Andrea and we did worry .. how could it be as good as the first time? It was, if not better, as we were familiar with our surrounding and enjoyed the warm welcome backs from the staff. Our room was fabulous, they are positioned around the pool in a way that they are very private. The food was amazing, we were half board and looked forward to what lay ahead every morning and evening. The Head Chef and kitchen staff were always interested in what we were choosing and gave advice on dishes. The service staff on breakfast and evening service are a real credit to the hotel. D'Andrea is so tranquil you can't help but relax and recharge, the beach is stunning and we regularly stayed there until the sun went down. Nothing is too much trouble for all of the staff greeting us warmly every day. The management are very present and can be found anytime of the day around the hotel all asking if we were enjoying our stay. Finally, a very special mention to Margherita, Monica and her team, customer service at its best! We can't wait to come back, a real gem in Kos.

This is our 2nd trip to D Andrea. From when we arrived to left the staff were all amazing, friendly and made sure you felt so looked after. The food was excellent we did half board and was also different dishes every evening. We had a swim up pool which was the highlight for us and going to the beach every afternoon completed the day. I cant wait to go back next year….

We booked half board for €90 more per day compared to the breakfast-only option, expecting a high-quality culinary experience. Unfortunately, the food has been a major letdown. The meals are often cold, especially the meat, and despite being in Greece, there isn’t a single Greek dish like gyros or souvlaki on offer. Instead, the buffet and à la carte menu are filled with international and mostly Asian cuisine, which completely misses the local character we came here to enjoy. The variety is poor and absolutely do not justify the high price. We’re now facing extra costs for a rental car just to eat outside the hotel, which is very disappointing. To make matters worse, we’re currently staying at the hotel under two separate bookings. For the second booking (starting today, for another six nights), we tried to downgrade to breakfast only, but management was not willing to accommodate any change, despite the issues we raised. On the positive side, breakfast is tasty, the hotel itself is nice, with nice and clean rooms, a beautiful pool area, and very friendly staff. However, if you’re coming to Greece to enjoy local cuisine, we strongly advise not to book half board here. It’s overpriced and does not reflect the Greek food culture at all.
