From our arrival to our departure this hotel and staff excelled! We arrived after the main restaurant had closed, we were escorted to our room by a very polite porter, who within ten minutes of arriving in our room returned with two plates of food. This included salad, sandwiches, fruit and an amazing muffin!!! The next two weeks were totally relaxed. The Restaurants and Bars were managed by Klaudiana who had a very active interaction with her staff, it was obvious that the 'respect' was two way. The food prepared was alway plentiful and even the most fussy guest would find something to suit their pallet. During the afternoon the continual topping up of 'fresh' pizza and other snacks at the pool bar was appreciated by all guests. The Housekeeping team kept the complex 'Spotlessly' clean. The hotel has an amazing shop that sells anything you may need that is over and above the 'All Inclusive Package' Joanna the shop manager is a true gem, who bursts into song at the drop of a hat and is always up for a gossip and a giggle! We have to name several member s of staff who 'stood out' for us. Kaludiana (F&B Manager), Joanna (Shop), Pantellis, Alexandros ,Alex (Main Bar) Alisia (Pool Bar) Raphael (Pool Bar) and two other ladies who's names we never got to know....but we call them "Mrs Egg/Bacon"(Breakfast Grill) & "Mrs Pizza"(Pool Bar). To sum up, a truly enjoyable holiday where 'every' member of staff was helpful and attentive to the needs of the guests. We would return without a second thought. Thank you everyone. ROB & HUW

Just returned from a week at the Natura park village resort, generally I would rate this hotel very good apart from an incident on the last night. The hotel is very clean, plenty of sunbeds, lovely pool, food plentiful and good quality. Private beach available. Bus service into town very poor, waited over an hour despite being at the stop at the time the bus was suppose to arrive, resort approx 3 miles out from main town so too far to walk in high heat, if need to go into town for an organized trip etc. I would recommend booking a taxi. Would be lovely for a 5* hotel to offer their own shuttle bus?? The hotel offer an one per trip al-a-carte menu in a different part of the hotel, we decided to book this for our last night, when we arrived the very rude and abrupt hostess, who also works on reception informed us we had booked on the wrong evening, we assured her we had booked for tonight as we had plans on the night she said we had booked. She told us very loudly and rudely to go up to reception, the male receptionist rang her and then advised us to go back to her as we had been booked on the wrong evening and it was there mistake and it will be sorted. On going back to the restaurant once again she was extremely rude telling us to go away as we'd booked the wrong night. She would not listen or try to compromise. What had been a lovely week in general was definitely marred by this experience. The following day we asked for her name which she refused to give. I would suggest that maybe some customer service training for this member of staff would be beneficial. I would also recommend if you book into the al-a-carte restaurant ask the staff to written down the day and time, and chedk they have written it on the correct day as they book it on a excel spreadsheet and I suspect in our case they wrote it on the wrong day.

A really lovely resort, perfect for relaxing. We had a fantastic room with panoramic views over the pool and sea. Entertainment is lovely if you don’t want full on kids or butlins style! Cocktails amazing! Staff work really hard so don’t complain if they aren’t all smiley! Food lovely. Really clean resort and perfect for chilling.

Where to start.... 1. no WiFi during all stay. 2. Unpleasant and dismissive staff - particularly male receptionist. 3. Cockroach welcoming us to our room and gentleman who helped us with our luggage wouldn't believe us! We had to move the bed so he could see it and killed it. Advised that he would ask the cleaners to "spray some product" in the following morning and that the cockroach went in the room because the window was opened. 4. Food very very very average. 5. Queues in the evening for the buffet. 6. No fresh water in the rooms - only 2 small bottles left on arrival. 7. Tv - all channels in Greek, German or ?Polish? 8. Pillows were very poor quality, all diferent types. 9. Allowing people to leave towels by the pool from previous evening shouldn't be allowed and policy should be reviewed. And I could carry on and on... Special mention to lady working in the reception in the morning, gentleman bringing drinks to the tables in the main bar in the evenings and a gentleman working at the grill area in the evening at the restaurant - apologies I don't remember your names but you made my stay a but more pleasant.

I almost never write reviews, let alone negative ones, but this time, I must share my experience to warn those who saved up for months dreaming of a five-star experience. Don't expect 4 stars, let alone 5. Prepare for a classic, dirty, old 2-3 star Turkish-style hotel with a fan instead of an air conditioner. If you've never been to the sea and don't mind sauna-like conditions without air conditioning (not even in common areas!), poor hygiene, a balcony view of cow dung, and the smell of this dung in 37-degree heat – you might just love it. (The hotel borders a cow pasture.) I honestly doubt those glorifying reviews about cleanliness and magnificence were written by actual guests. But I don't blame the hotel; it's business – they got a 5-star rating back in 2009 and haven't maintained it since. They run on a hardcore budget mode, serving the cheapest boxed wine in dirty glasses. Want a clean table after previous guests? You'll have to ask. (What did you expect, personal service??) I blame the Czech travel agency Blue Style more, for marketing this "resort" as 4.5 stars, charging 5-star prices, and sending you to a place that barely passes as 2.5 stars. I could endlessly comment on the lack of toilet paper or disinfectant in the bathrooms, the non-functioning air conditioning and showers, the unbearable farm stench, and the lines in the small dining room, as if it's the last bread on Earth... But I'll stop, so you can enjoy the delightful shock awaiting you, if you choose this place. You'll find only towels and soap in the room, nothing more, not even coffee. And no, no amenities pack. Pillows? Each is different. Plates in the dining room? Also mismatched, just like at grandma's cottage. And the cleaning ladies? They'll be mopping right around you as you enjoy your (undrinkable) wine. To sum up, the pool was the only bright spot. That's where we spent our time, counting down the days until the end of this "five-star" vacation.

This hotel is definitely NOT a 5 star hotel. Lets start with the positives. Th location of the hotel was lovely, nearly on the beach with views of Turkey and the other Greek Islands. The Pool and grounds were lovely. The restaurant staff were also very helpful and friendly. This is where it ends. Upon arrival we were not sure of the location of our room opposite one of the bars even though a sea view. We asked reception for a change - the reception staff could not have been more unhelpful. Very poor. As it turned out the room was ok but their attitude wasn't good and that (apart from one of them who looked more of a manager) stayed the same all week. Not even a goodbye, did you enjoy your stay or have a good flight. The negatives were: The wi fi was terrible. The beds only had one sheet on it and the pillows looked like they had seen better days (we were cold at night believe it or not). The air con was intermittent. There was a cockroach in our room all the time! There was no welcome book with information or little special touches throughout the week. TheTV in the room was mainly in German or Polish or Greek (the only English Channel was films from the 1980's)- where was CNN for the news?. The fridge wasn't stocked with water daily like you would expect in other 5 star accommodation (and we have stayed in many so lots to compare). The 'don't put your towel on a sun bed rule' before 10 wasn't applied (we were happy with the beach however). There was little interaction with staff (other than the restaurant) and most appeared to be dismissive or disinterested. We met some lovely German, Dutch and Polish people who we enjoyed talking to who all said this was not a five star hotel (some said the hotel was dirty and they had to ask for their rooms to be cleaned again (ours appeared ok). The hotel did appear to be more geared up to Europeans- very few English at the location. The food appeared to have lots of choice but sadly it was very very average. Would we stay there again- ABSOLUTELY NOT!

The hotel itself is lovely and in a great location with a bus stop straight outside which goes to the local town, the local town is great with lots of good bars and restaurants. If you are planning on staying in the hotel most of your holiday I wouldn't recommend. If it's a base and you will be going to the town and renting bikes etc. it is fine. If you aren't getting up at 5/6am to reserve a sunbed then say goodbye to a day by the pool, the hotel has a policy against this but doesn't enforce it one bit, the reception staff are miserable and not helpful although some of the bar staff are pleasant. The choice for food is very very basic and you have to cue up alot and wait a while for the main things like eggs/bacon at breakfast and meat at dinner. There is a snack bar throughout the day by the pool but I wouldn't call it a snack bar it's basically a little glass cabinet with a few croissants and slices of pizza and they don't cook another pizza until the current one has gone, which goes in seconds and you fear for taking more than a slice for the sake of depriving anyone else their lunch. They don't serve alcohol until 12pm and stop serving at 11pm which you have to pay after this point, which wasn't an issue for us but may be for most. We had a great holiday because of the location but wouldn't recommend this hotel. The hotel says 5* and no way on earth would incall it 5 star..

The hotel is appriopriate to relax in a calm area. We were very satisfied during the stay. Our room was nice, every day it was cleanining. We enjoyed every moment in hotel: at swimming pool, at the beach close to the hotel, in the evening in the bar. Meals were very tasty and different so you could find something for you. There was possibility to have a la carte dinner for special evening as well.Everyone from staff were kind and professionall but especially Aleksis from bar.We would like to thank him for nice evenings in the bar.He was serving the best shots and drinks ever.I really recommend that hotel.
