4th time in 4 years we have been back to Aegean Houses, we didn’t think it could get better but it has, an amazing refit over the winter has brought this place up a level, the finish of the rooms is fantastic, everything is fresh, made our stay even more comfortable. This place is our first choice. Lovely restaurant onsite and the best bar in Kos. All the facilities you could need, place is spotless and the staff are all amazing, we love them all. Can’t wait to go back

Just returned from a week with my two sisters (all in our sixties). Stayed in room 421. Everything was perfect, the room was great size for three adults, well equipped, very clean. All staff lovely. Highly recommend it. Would return

We are lucky enough to travel quite a bit and Aegean houses is my favourite hotel to stay in, beautiful grounds, lovely rooms, great pool area, location is just perfect for us, away from the hustle and bustle of Kos town but still an easy walk into town, literally 5/10 mins from the beach. My children feel at home here (we have been 4 times now) it’s got a really laid back vibe but nothing is too much trouble, the food is fantastic in the restaurant when you don’t feel like venturing too far and a large supermarket across the road. What really makes the holiday and keeps this hotel as our no 1 is the staff, Suella on reception, Poppy on the bar in the day is one of the nicest ladies you could ever meet, Stelios and Kiril are just amazing, we adore them all, they have a winning formula at this hotel and I can guarantee once you’ve been, it won’t be your last time! We cannot wait to go back this summer!

Beautiful family run hotel … they can’t do a nuff for you . Room are clean everyday… total spotless . It a good spot short walking distance to the harbour and bars , I recommend the boat trips … loads to do … or either a lazy day at the pool is brilliant! Definitely will go back here

A lovely apartment complex in a good location. A beautiful pool area with plenty of sun loungers. A friendly bar open all day. A great restaurant from breakfast through to dinner. Great apartments kept immaculately clean with clean towels as needed. Bed linen changed every other day. What's not to like. But the best bit is the staff. Hard working. So friendly and helpful. From amazing receptionists. Lovely cooks. Dedicated cleaners. Bar staff. Everyone a gem. Simply great.

Just spent a week at this hotel with my wife and had fabulous time. It is a relatively small hotel and is about a 20 minute walk from the harbour. There are lots of bars and restaurants nearby and a good supermarket about 100m up the road. The hotel was spotless throughout and the staff were all very friendly and exceptionally helpful. Our room was a good size and had a pleasant balcony looking out over the back of the property. The only thing that I can’t comment on is the food as we were self catering and went out and about to eat. I would certainly recommend Aegean Houses an we will be returning.
