Hotel grounds are pretty, by the interior decor has a very late-90s or early-00s feel across the estate. The hotel would benefit from starting a rolling programme of minor refurbishment and redecoration. Practical inconveniences of the older style are, for instance, our having neither bedside sockets or bedside lamps in our double room. The water in our bathroom was barely lukewarm at most times of day. That said, we had a huge balcony, plenty of space, bed comfy. There were things to be quite positive about too. We liked the pool. Food I thought was tasty and sufficiently varied - my vegetarian partner also got along fine with it. It's not 5* restaurant quality, but I didn't expect that. Desserts are the one area which is quite boring/repetitive. I had no issue with the drink selection, although beware of the cocktails which are not on the All Inclusive which are inexplicably about €8 - surely if they were a few Euros top-up fee then more people would try them. But one thing that did really irritate me was the absolutely daft queues for coffee in the morning time - the two machines clearly aren't sufficient for demand, and half the time one shows an error message. The poolside snack bar is nothing of the sort. They should stop advertising that - it is a drinks bar with ice cream. That said, the gap between meal sittings at the main restaurant isn't enough to trouble anyone. I liked the many cats, which are friendly. Hotel is quite remote. We rented a buggy to explore the island and had a great time with it. Tigaki is about 30-35 mins walk if you're fit enough. It's very close to a very thin beach, but theres a bit of walking to do if you want a deeper beach with some amenities. I didn't mind the hotel being quite isolated, but it is worth bearing in mind that there isn't very much by way of entertainment at this hotel. (Except for a DJ on a Sunday when we were there). Factor this in to what kind of holiday you want. Finally, do pre-book taxis to and from airport. Like all holiday areas, the quoted price and the price the driver wants from you at the end vary wildly. I suspect having some accountability to the hotel is the only thing that helps keep them honest.

One of the most beautiful hotel complex i’ve ever been in. There are 2 big pools with pool bars and beautiful gardens, really great food, the kindest and friendliest personal and really great location, to the beach it’s like 10 min walk and like 30 mins to the centre. There’s also bus stop really close to the hotel and you can take a bus to Kos Town. The only bad thing was the bathroom because the shower was too small, i could barely fit in and the room looked a bit old, but beside that there were no problems.

Beautiful hotel, grounds are well maintained. All staff are friendly and rooms are basic but very clean with cool air conditioning. Two decent sized pools, one pool for the lively and the other pool was more quiet and laid back. Each pool has a separate kids pool. No struggle for sunbeds and all sunbeds have a parasol. A little mini market on site selling all the essentials, snacks, pool inflatables etc for reasonable prices. All inclusive drinks, a choice of about 6 different cocktails, local draft beer. Red and white wine. I was quite happy sipping lots of these around the pool, refreshing and not too heavy and limitless if your aim is to get drunk! Pool snacks were nice and literally as much chocolate, banana, strawberry or vanilla ice cream you can eat. You can simply help yourself all day. Chocolate cake bread and sandwiches in the afternoon. All inclusive Continental buffet style meals with choice for all. Fries, chicken nuggets , pizza. Salad, pasta for the kids , Greek choices also. The desserts were very good. The hotel is based near fields and farmland and it’s peaceful away from the busy town and it’s just a half a mile walk to the beach. There is a bus stop near the beach entrance which takes you to Tigaki centre or Kos town and it’s very cheap and the buses have A/C. A lot of people prefer to go to other beaches because they have sunbeds , but I liked the beach by the hotel because it’s so quiet and you can simply lay down your towel and go for a dip in the sea. If you want sunbeds and drink service then take a walk into Tigaki. I recommend the 3 Island boat tour which sets off from Kos Town at at 10am for around 35 euros per person. Amazing. For the price we paid for our holiday, it was worth every penny. Hotel Corali we loved to see your cats, please keep taking care of them. ❤️

I have been a regular guest at this hotel for 6 years and cannot say or rate anything negative. The people there are very friendly and accommodating, the food is delicious, especially the desserts, which I love. The rooms are cleaned every day and very neatly, you get fresh towels every day. The bed is super comfortable and the pillows are super fluffy. For me, this hotel is irreplaceable, it has become like my second home and I never want to miss it again. Kind regards, Angelina Osske

I really don't understand the bad reviews I've read about this hotel. We had a fantastic time at Corali. Staff were helpful and pleasant, food was good - yes it's a little repetitive, as with most all-inclusive hotels, but the food was always good quality and enough choice. Pool area was spotless - we only used the one by the apartments. Never a queue for the bar. Apartments are big, huge balconies and large bathroom with a bath and shower over. Mosquito nets and air con was great and at no extra charge. Cocktails were good, although some tasted the same. Not much in the way of snacks at the pool bar, but why would you need them when you have breakfast, lunch and dinner? My only negative comments are that it's a bit of a walk into Tigaki and there wasnt much in the way of evening entertainment. If you are happy to do the walk to Tigaki and want a quiet peaceful break I wouldn't hesitate to book this hotel. I would definitely return. Special mention to the lovely receptionist who has not long started, she was so helpful and pleasant and couldn't do enough for us.

I stayed at the Hotel Corali for 11 days in May 2024. The Hotel Corali is a very nice family hotel with a high proportion of regular guests. It is located about 400-500 metres from the beach in Tigaki. The beach is easy to reach on foot or by bike (you can hire bikes from the hotel's own bike hire centre at a very reasonable price). As a regular guest, I am delighted that the hotel is constantly being improved. For example, the bathroom in my room was completely redone this year. The rooms are very clean, the chambermaids arrive on time - there are always enough towels available. There are 2 pool areas where all-inclusive guests can enjoy a wide range of food and drinks. The food at the hotel was very varied and absolutely met my expectations. I really enjoyed the Greek evening and the disco evening - both events in the Starlight Bar were very well attended. The barman Luca and his team offer a wide selection of drinks. I went to reception several times because I wanted to go on a few excursions with my friends to the mountain village of Zia and to Kos Town. My questions were all answered competently and friendly by the team. There is a bus stop right on the main road (about 400 metres from the hotel). Thank you for 11 wonderful days and I would love to come back!

Stayed here for 2 weeks, the hotel is quite remote surrounded by farmland but quite picturesque, nice walk to the beach, takes about 10 mins, theres a bus stop at end of the road which will take you into Tigaki or Kos, bus fares are cheap. As for the hotel itself it is definitely not a 4 star as advertised, the rooms are clean but dated, the beds are awful, it was like sleeping on a slab of concrete, we were given mattress toppers when we complained and extra pillows and it did help us to get a better nights sleep, theres no tea/ coffee making facilities in the room but was told you can ask at reception for a kettle. We brought our own travel kettle so dont know if you have to pay for them. Tourist tax when you arrive is 7 euros per night, quite pricey. Cleaners came in daily and did a good job. Pools were cold but once you got in it was ok,quite slippy underfoot, plenty of sun beds but quite a few were broken, toilet areas around both pools were dirty and not well maintained. Entertainment, well what there was of it was dire, greek night every other sunday, just 2 guys singing and playing their instruments, badly I might add and a disco on a wednesday, that was it. The food was atrocious, poor quality and either undercooked or overcooked, not much choice and always pork or chicken, I have never struggled to find something to eat in any hotel I've stayed in but this was quite a challenge, salad choice was ok but apart from that it was awful. Also there were a few guests who had dogs with them which were allowed in the dining room, quite unhygienic I thought. The staff had no interaction with you apart from the lovely girl at the pool bar, very friendly and always smiling. Lots of cats around the hotel grounds which are all well looked after. One good point..the weather was amazing.Oh also yesterday as we were leaving we discovered an item of our clothing had gone missing from the room, a brand new jack Willis zip up hoodie, looked everywhere for it, dining room, bars and even got them to let us back into our room after check out but it had disappeared

A good hotel, although a bit isolated (but we can’t fault the hotel for that). The food is good, a bit repetitive, but good. The desserts are a bit boring. The staff is great, with the exception of the black haired reception lady, and the woman from the village pool. My partner was feeding a small kitten outside the reception, and the lady kept on looking (angry) at us while mumbling something with the cleaning lady. We asked for some info of the hotel and the island, she threw a pamphlet at us and that was it. Now, the lady from the village is unprofessional. I went there to ask for two (watered down, in a small cup) cocktails. She was nowhere to be seen… so I waited for a couple minutes (most of the times we had to leave because we couldn’t find her). This happened a few times. I asked her if we could get the cocktails in a bigger cup, she said “we don’t do cocktails in big cups” in an annoyed tone. My partner asked if there are some sandwiches left, she sassily answered “you’re gonna eat in a few anyway”. Looks like someone forced her to be there. The restaurant staff is lovely.
