Please don't waste you hard earned money on taking your family to this hotel. Jet2 shouldn't even be selling this hotel in their holiday packages, it's shocking. Everything was closed in October half term, we booked knowing it was end of season and expected some limited availability however the place had pretty much shut down, this affected every aspect of the stay including staffing, food and drinks, pool areas, kids areas even hot water! we had to complain every day and nothing was done, I complained twice to the Jet 2 reps, on one day actually breaking down in tears as we had no hot water for the third time of our holiday and the hotel wouldn't help us. The Jet2 reps had people queuing up to complain about the problems and yet still the hotel did nothing about all of the issues. I can not even begin to imagine how this hotel copes with full capacity in the Summer months. After a letter of complaint directly to the hotel and a formal complaint to Jet2, I am yet to hear anything from either of them.

I have just returned from a week at Kipriotis Village, I was one of the last guests to leave before they closed down for winter. When we arrived a week ago, it wasn't bad at all. I loved the pools and there was still a pretty good selection of food at the restaurants. But every single day it was getting more limited and deteriorating. They run out of hot chocolate and coke, the food looked like we were being fed leftovers. There was just water pouring from some taps, no labels what it was. All drinks tasted really bizarre, a strong aftertaste of salt and sweetener. Plus the cleaniness of glasses and plates was shocking. Everything was getting more neglected and dirtier. The staff were clearly more focused on closing down and packing things away than looking after their paying guests. At some point I started taking pictures as this was just too much to just accept and enjoy my holiday. My room was cleaned once during the week and then I had one extra towel added on another day. It took 24 hours to have shower gel refilled after I asked for it in the reception after 3 days of no housekeeping. My both children got some kind of food poisoning, my son was actually sick just outside the restaurant. Again, I told reception which food he had exactly as it had a very rapid effect, but they were not too interested. Apart from one lady at the pool bar and two young receptionists, no one even bothered to smile. The pools were beautiful, but had some potentially dangerous faults such as light seal coming off inside the pool, the ladder not attached properly, filters uncovered, potentially life threatening. The lifeguard was seen swimming in one of the pools, but was not bothered with the filter cover missing at the bottom of the pool. The other lifeguard was just staring at the guests putting the chair above the missing plastic cover part at another pool to protect children from getting their feet trapped. I wrote a very long email to Jet2, just to let them know how shockingly bad things became. For some unknown reason a bottle of wine was left in my room on the last day, no note, I left it there. There were many great points to the hotel (I mean three attractive looking pools). Probably if I went a week before, I would turn a blind eye at some faults and enjoy it more as probably a wider selection of everything would have been offered. For us, there was no lovely pool food (someone mentioned kebabs?), just some self service hot dogs (you had to heat them up yourself on a dirty panini press, no tools provided, so if you burn yourself trying to unstick it, bad luck). The panini press was made stable by a scrunched paper napkin. The floor around the pools and bar area were never cleaned, so became disgustingly sticky from some spilled drinks. I also kept on watching same ball of hair just outside our room for a week, it was there when we arrived, will likely spend the winter undisturbed. What I can definitely recommend is the Hot Bikes car and bike renta

Words cannot describe how I feel about this hotel , the staff were rude the rooms never cleaned and they were closing the hotel around us , very disappointing. Only 1 bar open at any one time so the queues were horrendous all the guests were complaining which left the atmosphere horrible. No back ground music inside The ceiling was falling down in the games room downstairs . No lights on walk ways or steps when dark , not sure how it calls itself a 4star more like a2star . Jet2 should be ashamed to send their guests there especially when they have paid good money for a holiday and sadly only got half a holiday . Avoid this hotel.

The food I imagine would have been better when everything was open as it was the end of season we were left with very little choice which upset guests, rooms were basic, but who wants to be in their room the whole time? There moan over...now for the positives There's so much to do here. With beautiful pools, activities for all. The animation team spreading positive vibes and bringing a feeling of connectivity and togetherness. You can join in with aqua aerobics, zumba, stretches and water polo to name a few. Plus daily beer pong, darts, with more oozo than you can drink lol. Entertainment is lively and fun for all. The surroundings were beautiful kos is a wonderful place. The resort was well maintained and staff try hard to accommodate Thank you for such a wonderful holiday. It's been the best holiday we have ever had, it's helped us reconnect as a family and it's all because of you, animation team and the wonderful staff at the resort Rachel , Just kos xxxx

The staff were so good and their was loads of activity on through our stay , The bars close early from end of October as its end of season wish this wasn't the case, same with the slides ! However the dancer made my stay extremely pleasant, big shout out to Leo he was great with my brother and got him (who is usually shy including in loads of activities like football ,we all made friends and even went for a drink at the bar over the road! Olivia and zuzu were also great we loved the stretch class! The night time entertainment is so fun watching spider man vs Leo race about was hilarious as well as the greatest show man was great aswell, food wasn't amazing but loads of options for even me a fussy me!

Decent hotel, some run down bits but been used all summer! Cracking pools, slides, and bars. All the staff at bars worked so hard. And the animation team made it a fun week. They also worked extremely hard! Lot of ignorant guests in the canteen not caring around the food and being rude to staff. “Costs nothing to thank the staff clearing your table” daytime snacks aplenty all day! Food drink etc.. lunch and dinner food ok and something for everyone.

Just back from a week here and we had a great time. I'd be a fussy eater but still found plenty to eat every day. So many pools and snack bars to chose from, never once where we stuck for a sun lounger. The animation team and kids are absolutely amazing, so friendly and accommodating, Aimee at the kids club even got our 4 year old daughter to sing karaoke, these are things we will remember, not a cracked tile in a bathroom. Negative people will always find something to complain about, but if you want to be miserable don't put others off having an amazing holiday by putting this place down. Waiting times and sun loungers may be worse at peak times, but it's the same everywhere and that's your personal choice to go at these times. But for us, the whole experience was amazing, and already planning our return.
