Our third visit to Kardamena, our first stay at Paraschos Studios. We had three very happy weeks at these studios. Typically Greek, good shower and aircon, spotlessly clean, sheets and towels changed regularly. Lovely pool and plenty of sun beds. There is no bar and no food offering so no obligation to eat and drink here. Conveniently located, only five minutes walk to the village square. Importantly, we felt very comfortable and relaxed here and totally chilled out for the duration of our stay, it's just so calm and peaceful. The room maid doesn't speak a word of English but she's of a happy disposition and very likeable. And last but not least, Connie, the owner, is a lovely lady, very pleasant and helpful and we are appreciative of her hospitality and kindness. A great place to stay in our opinion, so much so that we have already booked with Connie for another three weeks next September. Can't wait.

Well we have 1 day left out of 8 days we've spent in these outstanding studios. Firstly the location we all care about is perfect as it's only 6 minutes to the nightlife bur set back far enough there's no loud noise etc. The studios are spotless and have everything you need for a perfect holiday. Our cleaner is simply brilliant. There's a stunning pool with beds available all day long. If you're looking for a clean, simple and perfectly located studios then these are right up your street.

Arrived early hours 13th July after a short delay, connie was there to greet us ,1st Impressions was how quite & peaceful it was room spacious plenty of wardrobe space , kitchen area fridge with freezer compartment, 2 ring hob, microwave rooms spotless every room face's the pool with spacious balcony, with washing line & a few pegs , the beds are very comfy, air con 5 euro per night, safe was free. We requested a top floor, which we got room 14, shower was lovely & powerful, towels & sheets changed regular, paraschos is 4 mins away from louis supermarket, the pool area is spotless plenty of sunbeds no putting towels on beds to save . Many days there would be plenty of beds, sometimes only me round the pool , met some lovely people. Would we stay here again?? A big fat YES we have found our little paradise

Excellent location. Connie the host is fabulous nothing to much trouble. The rooms spotless had everything I needed apart from a toaster. Pool nice and clean. I've booked to go back next year. Found a perfect place for me and my husband stay in kardamena.

Connie our host was excellent. Very clean place to stay, room cleaned every day by a lovely Greek lady, spotless, accommodation a bit dated and could do with updating but adequate, lovely pool area with fruit trees and vines. A pity it was on a busy one way street. But would return as it was such good value for money.

Wonderful place for a relaxing holiday. Connie is a lovely host, very welcoming and friendly lady. Pool area is quiet due to no snack bar but was still nice to relax, read and chill in the hot sun. Pool itself wasn't ice cold and has proper steps not just ladder ones. We had a downstairs room that was lovely, cleaned everyday and bed made. Towels and bedding changed regularly too. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing apartments. Perfect location - just a 5 minute walk to Kardamena centre. Owner and cleaners both amazing. Very friendly and approachable. Bins changed every day - towels and bedding changed every 2 days. Poolside clean and most of time empty so we had pool all to ourselves.

These apartments are so lovely. There's a beautiful pool and only 16 apartments to share it. The rooms are basic but have everything you could need. The family are lovely and helpful. You are just a few minutes from the centre but it's so lovely and peaceful there. I will definitely be returning to Kardamena and these apartments

Absolutely love these studio rooms, basic but very clean and tidy. Lovely pool and not having to keep a sun-bed each morning. 10 mins from airport and 5 mins walk to square where u can choose where u want to eat or drink. Beaches to choose from and you can get free sun beds in most if you purchase food/drink from cafe.
