The room was spacious. Beds comfortable. The swimming pool big and great. Hot water worked fine. Indications to reach the place clear and simple.
10/10 would recommend, and much likely would go again if I travel back to KK

The unit which I stay in is quite spacious and the view here is good since the location is just beside the airport and please add some wardrobe because i don't know where to put my belongings. Swimming is awesome and it has a very nice view of Mount Kinabalu.

I tried everything to get in touch to the hotel. After contacting TRIP.com for my times and even trip tried to reached the accommodation, we gave up. After 1 days and hours they contacted at 9pm not he evening!!!
No way to go there … AVOID!!
They only answer via WeChat!
Good luck! And in fact: They didn’t pay anything back, although it was their fault with the disorganization!!
