酒店位置在奧南商業街旁邊的小巷子裏，比起街邊的酒店還是要安靜不少的，不用擔心安全問題，小巷子兩邊也有好幾家商店的。距離奧南海灘有一段距離，酒店有免費的tuktukbus可以接送，時間表放最後了。
度假區裏的房間總數不多，生態很好，有蜥蜴🦎松鼠🐿️壁虎，問過了沒有蛇🐍別怕，前台有接駁車可以房間接送。我們訂的是椰子小屋🛖提前發郵件溝通結果入住給升房了湖景小屋，超級喜歡陽台的小吊牀。
湖邊早餐非常愜意，早餐自助+免費點餐有roti、pancake、北非蛋等，還送了我們小蛋糕。度假村的泳池也很舒服，旁邊還有一個bar可以點些小吃飲料在沙灘椅上躺着。
服務：每一位工作人員都很友善，大家都會微笑打招呼，入住和退房時也都很耐心流暢，下次來還會選擇這的！

Nice stay overall. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The grounds are beautifully maintained, and the view from the pool is just as picturesque as shown in the listing. As others mention, the breakfast was exceptional. We especially appreciated that they offer Roti with Chicken Curry, which is a local staple but somehow missed by most of the bigger resorts. We also liked the out-of-the-way location, as the surrounding restaurants and bars were much more relaxed and better priced than those in the busier area near the beach. The only slightly negative part of our experience was that they didn't make up the day bed for our young son (or even offer to), despite us clearly indicating that he would be joining us (as our other hotels in Krabi did). Also note that there are a lot of mosquitoes around the villas, so the nice big balconies are practically useless (maybe they could screen them in?), and the hotel doesn't sell any alcoholic drinks, which was fine with us for a short stay, but the pool experience isn't quite the same without a tropical cocktail.

Perfect escape from the crowds. Surrounded by nature, yet close enough to everything. Loved waking up to birds and mountain views! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful.

Great place, my stay at this hotel was wonderful. The staff is very friendly and does everything possible to make the guests' stay unforgettable. Delicious food, beautiful area, nice swimmig pool, well-cleaned rooms, cleaning the room every day.
Definitely I come back to Ban Sainai Resort next time

Everything was awesome! Worth every penny.
One thing - the room service people will forget small things to change like towels, refill toiletries - dental kit, soap, candles etc. But when you call reception they are very active to send you the requested things.
