Provided us w welcome drinks (grape juice) upon arrival, there's a resident cat in the lobby.
Decent soundproofing, and facilities are clean.
The resort is a short walk up a hill so there's no sound of traffic, ~15mins walk to the beach.
Wifi in certain parts of the room is a little wonky sometimes.

Hotel website -- 35sq.m for all room type, but actually our garden view (the cheapest) room is kind of small, and the hotel admits that 4 room types are of different sizes.

Kind of an old hotel, even the towels are old, why don't they even change the towels to buy a good impression for the customers?
Hot water for shower is kind of broken. 80% of the time we didn't have hot water.
The toilet cover was broken when I went in.
The service was really not international, corresponds to the age of the hotel.
The swimming pool on the 2nd floor is good.
The compensated us with some fruits, thanks.

Very great location. Friendly staff. Breakfast is very good. Room looks old but very clean. Specially balcony is very nice. Hope will stay again and again.

Not recommended by us - this hotel does not provide good services and not friendly- go somewhere else where you will definitely get much better with the price you paid
