The location was excellent. However, service and room cleaning was a real letdown. The restaurant was unorganised at lunch so our food never came. I wouldn't stay there again for the money that we paid it was great value.

A hotel that was undoubtedly beautiful in the past, on the surface everything looks beautiful from the outside but the level of maintenance is very low, the room and the pool are not clean, towels are not provided, the food in the restaurant does not match the level of the delicious Thai food, I would not give it 3 stars. Very disappointing

The location of this hotel is very good, just near the West Beach Pier. You can take a boat from Ao Nang Beach and it's only a two-minute walk after getting off the boat. It's about a five-minute walk to East Beach Pier. Check in went smoothly. When you arrive before check-in time, you can store your luggage first. The hotel's garden is beautiful, the room is spacious, and the swimming pool is beautiful. The restaurant is facing the beach, there are only three or four staff members, which seems a bit busy.

Very tired place. Breakfast adequate. Restaurant at other times very slow. Beach is poor there. And if you have a very early morning flight you will struggle to get to ao nang beach in time. In essence don’t do your last night there

Really enjoyed my stay, and would book here again. Room was clean, spacious and had everything I need. Water was hot and good water pressure. They had beach towls and bottled water available in the room. Lovely landscaping, what a paradise. Breakfast buffet was also good...eggs to order, fruits, Thai food, breads. Stagg were all friendly and professional.

Had a great time staying at Railay Village Resort. Room is spacious and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Would be awesome if the checkout time is not 11am

Amazing hotel! Stayed there for a couple days in May. Staff is super friendly and speak good English. Breakfast is great with both Thai and western food available. Swimming pool is superb. Rooms aren’t fancy but clean and comfortable. Beach by the hotel is decent but it would be great to have some beach chairs there. Overall, highly recommended especially if you’re traveling with your partner. Definitely coming back here
