Location - convenient and you can go around city center and shopping malls nearby in minutes Room - clean, good maintenance and has basic amenities, but beware - water is not consistent, sometimes very high pressure, hot water was missing sometimes. Air conditioner is hot sometimes Front Staff - a bit confused, kinda new staff? Working in confused manner and not in systematic ways, leave way too many customers waiting in line at the same time, not telling in advance that they want deposit cash money so it was a bit hassle to find cash at the moment.

The room itself was clean! The staff was friendly! There is a large Lotus shopping center and 7/11 nearby, good WiFi, comfortable mattresses, good air conditioning Among the disadvantages 1 outlet per room and that is for the refrigerator The refrigerator turns off when you leave No hangers, no dryer for clothes and generally no hooks for clothes/half-weight, etc. Also, between the mattresses it would be possible to put a small nightstand and at least 1 chair in the room or on the balcony near each room a table with a chair In general, the impression is normal, you can stay for a couple of days, the beach is about 40 minutes by bike

Room given to me was 200 metres from lobby so everytime I thought of going out was a challenge...also the place is far from Krabi town ..so it's not walking distance..people are friendly and rooms are new with decent amenities

We arrived at 11, although check-in is after 15:00, we were checked in right away. The room is not worth the money, we paid 4200 rubles for the night. There is no balcony, but there is an ashtray😂. The shower pressure is weak, hot water is not always available. The foot towel seemed dirty. There is no kettle, there is free coffee in the bathroom on the first floor. The refrigerator is normal, the air conditioner is built-in, strong, we turned it off at night. The blanket is without a duvet cover, the ruo is wrapped in two sheets (it was not needed)

Big room. Sometimes noisy because windows have open spaces so drill sound from the outside is heard. There is fridge, a table. Every day they give you new bottles of water. They fixed lamp in the bathroom but didn’t fix that one above the bed. The hotel is quite near to the airport however quite far from the “center” of Krabi, so it’s 30 minutes walk there.

The overall experience was good. Hotel staff was good and friendly. Indian food is hard to find in nearby locations but can be ordered.

Very large and spacious twin room. Colors in the room are relaxing. Most convenient for the eyes, cool air conditioning, convenient for traveling. The bed absorbs a lot of energy. Suitable for a relaxing break.

We are backpacking through Thailand and just wanted a nice, calm and affordable place to stay. The Cinta House Hotel was a good choice, we stayed there three nights, the room was clean and the bed was good. The bathroom was a little older and especially the shower was dripping and the drain was not working that well. But all in all it was fine especially for the price and the location. The staff was also very kind and we even booked a few tours with them directly at the reception for a good price and direct pickup from the hotel. We definitly recommend that one!
