I recently had the pleasure of staying at Villa Cha-Cha Krabi Beachfront Resort for 5 days and 4 nights, booking through Trip.com. Our family of six, including two adults and four children, found the family room spacious and comfortable, perfectly accommodating our needs. The room was cozy, providing a serene retreat after our daily adventures. The resort’s staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a warm smile. We particularly appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to Ao Nang Beach, operating every two hours starting at noon, which made exploring the area convenient. While the beachfront location offered stunning views, it’s worth noting that the beach itself isn’t ideal for swimming due to its rocky nature. However, the multiple swimming pools on-site more than made up for this, providing ample opportunities for relaxation and play. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options, ensuring a satisfying start to each day. The tranquil and calming atmosphere of the resort made our stay truly rejuvenating. Although it may not boast a five-star rating, the quality of service and amenities provided a delightful experience. We’re already looking forward to our next visit to Villa Cha-Cha Krabi Beachfront Resort. Thank you for the surprise birthday cake too! 🥰

Great hotel, 10mins car ride from Ao Nang beach but a 40min walk. Nice pool, very quiet hotel, lovely staff. Room was spacious, clean and had a small balcony. All the taxis, tuk tuks and excursion companies know the hotel so no issues with drop off and pick ups. Would stay again.

We have nothing bad to say but it was a little underwhelming in general. The rooms were quite small, the pool needs some tlc as there are many broken tiles. We went to breakfast for 7am when it opened but they were not ready. They did eventually turn it around with some tofu and vegetable tempura and a selection of melon. We are vegan and like all other buffets we have been to everything else has meat in it and this was the only one we have been to with tofu! Location is good with the pier just round the corner for trips to Ralay.

We had lovely stay. Great location . Nice atmosphere, we sleep in bungalow so good experience close to nature ❤️ beautiful view . Only one minus no restaurant or at least bar where you can get some cocktails , cold drinks or snacks

The great 5 star hotel and it is just like having a private beach access for all Shellsea customers Services are awesome...hotel members are very polite and they want to help as much as they can. The resort has a mini pool bar and private pool also for some rooms. They took 1000 baht for security money as deposit for 1 day.

We chose this hotel because of its gorgeous view from the window. We read the reviews and made the right choice, a great clean hotel, spacious rooms and a stunning view from the balcony. Those who are by car or bike can get there without problems, the place is quiet and calm. An abandoned amusement park adds sophistication to the hotel. A 5-minute drive away is the pier to Railay Beach with the cleanest sea, since you can’t swim near the hotel. The room is clean, the furniture is shabby, but it doesn’t spoil the view at all. If possible, we’ll come back.

The accommodation is clean and minimalistic, suitable for relaxation. The staff provides good service and breakfast is provided. I am impressed. I would like to recommend this place. You will not be disappointed.

The place is in a lovely spot amongst the karsts. Lovely to sit by the pool and listen to the birds song in the forests. Ocean view but not a big beach. They offer a shuttle in to Ao Nang, which is nice. The staff were very helpful.
