Nice little apartment, clean and new. There is no reception but the communication was really smooth with the property. Close to the center of the city, recommended.

We have just left the wine apartments in krakow, and we had such a lovely stay. The rooms were nice and spacious, very comfortable, clean and warm. About a 20 min walk to square, and one straight walk. No reception but you never really needed one. I would definitely stay here again.

Very comfy beds and bedding, nice modern apartments with mini kitchen. Nice wine bar in basement that is about £4 a glass of wine! The quality was excellent as I had a Bordeaux. We wanted a late check out and it was no problem so we only have to wait 20 mins for pick up. The transportation here puts the U.K. to shame with a tram coming every 2 mins and easy to figure out. When you buy tickets you have to validate them on the train and a yellow box time stamps them, we got a 3 day pass £ 9.50 unlimited pp!

Excellent apartment on the outskirts of the old town (brisk 15 minute walk) residential area so we found it quiet Spacious and clean No reception but easy instructions to follow Smart phone recommended especially for Google maps Excellent wine bar in cellar below

We had a lovely time staying at the apartments. Very clean and comfortable. Great access to krakov old town, with plenty of shops and restaurants on the way. We travelled with easyjet and booked the accommodation and all our transfers to and from the airport with them which was so easy. Highly recommended!!!!. The only downside is the stairs as no lifts.

When we arrived the room wasn`t cleaned but I called them and left my luggage in the room. When we came back much later in the day, the room was clean and fresh. it was a very small room and we were on 4th floor which is quite a trek up the stairs. It had all we need in it. The trams were just around the corner and it was a short walk to the Old Town. There is a small supermarket on the corner which was useful. We did have to message them a few time with a couple of issues but they were resolved really quickly. Nothing was too much trouble. We went down to the Wine Garage below the apartment for drinks and a meal. It was very nice and the staff were extremely pleasant. You could also leave your luggage there on the last day which was perfect as we had an evening flight.

Nice spacious apartment. Kitchen was baisc but we ate out so not an issue. Host was very reliable and checking in was stress free. A stroll to old town but plenty of trams around the corner. We were on the 3rd floo, no loft so be ready to climb stairs.
