Hotel that seems to be popular with business people, work crews, and travelers. Clean and quiet with a nice continental breakfast. Underground parking. Staff is friendly. Close to the airport but in a bit of an industrial area, long walk to any restaurants but there is shopping fairly close. Rooms are big and clean. WiFi a bit spotty. For me, an average hotel

Very friendly and correct receptionists. Comfortable rooms. Correct bathroom. Our shower hose was leaking water. We were missing hand towels and we went to look for them at reception. (A day later the cleaning service took them away from us). The cleaning service was pretty terrible. They left the beds wrinkled and did not clean or vacuum practically anything. The buffet was small and there was the same thing every day but it was good. The correct parking with easy access.

We were welcomed very pleasantly despite the very late arrival time with our 3 children, following bad weather. At the reception, Mr. very gracious and with a great sense of hospitality and service, speaks several languages fluently. We say a special THANK YOU for his human, caring and generous welcome. Staff also very friendly and helpful at lunch. We had an excellent night in a spacious and comfortable room. Thanks again!
