The Luxe By Infinitum by QC

Was a bit strange. Couldn’t check in at reception, had to call the owner. They told me to wait downstairs. Some lady came down and took photos of our passports and us and then took us up to the room. I think building is still being finished? Elevators were essentially wooden boxes, seems like a safety issue. Pool was beautiful though.

Room a bit small, nice location, bed was comfy. You can get access to pool and gym for free

3 out of 5 Negative things - 1. Not clean 2. Not 24 Hrs manned reception 3. Small room 4. No toothpaste, no soap which is fine but why no drinking water? Positive things - 1. Washing machine was available in my room 2. Swimming pool view very good 3. Comfy bed (but smells) 4. Smart TV

Great apartment and facilities in the room. However, check-in was chaotic, I was sent to the wrong place 3 times. There are no instructions given or posted on signs that you must first swipe your key card in the lift before the lift will move to your floor, before I was shown how to operate the lift, I was sent to the other side of the building as the security on the desk did not believe I had come from a lift in his side of the building despite me being 100% certain which lift I had come down from my room. He said my key was labelled to say that I should use the lifts on the other side of the buiþlding. I was told⁶ I should contac3tgt the owjner of the apartment as the security guard thought my key was not working, when ifact it was. Only after I persuaded him at length to cojme and see that the lift was not working did he then realise I needed to swipe the key card to get the lift to work. Also the room began to smell of the toilet drains and this continued for the duration of my stay. There was no obvious way to operate the bedside lamps. The switch on each lamp did not work.
