The room is clean and tidy. But I do not like their service as everything have to done by ourselves. We have to follow their instructions to get the key and without paying the RM 200 deposit, they won't let you know any details of getting the key and how to get into the room. There is not instructions how to go to the letterbox to get the key. Then when we go open the door there is 2 rooms, 1 on the left and another 1 on the right, they didn't let me know which room is belong to me, I have to key in the password on the digital lock for both room then only know which is the exact room. The sound proof also not good, can keep hear next door voices. There are plenty of rules have to obey during our stays. If we did not follow the instructions, the deposit may not be refunded. All these things make us can not enjoy our stays. Normally will check out on 12pm, but they require us check out on 11am. Before 11am, already keep message you and remind you check out. It make us feel like chasing us. Have to fill up Google forms also. Many many steps have to follow.

Is a very comfortable, nice & clean environment, very convenient for staycation when you are lazy to drive out after check in!
Host is also very friendly & helpful, prompt reply & clear guidelines.

Very nice and cozy apartment on the 28th floor. Bed linen and towels were clean. Good and fast wi-fi. Instead of a TV there was a projector. In general, the design of the room is very beautiful, somewhat reminiscent of a bungalow in Bali :) cool view of the city and Petronas Towers. There is everything necessary for life (dishes, household appliances). On the 10th floor there is a public area with a swimming pool, fitness room, co-working space and barbecue area. The elevators are fast, the wait is less than a minute. Check-in and check-out are very simple, according to the instructions from WhatsApp. There you can get all the necessary information. Very pleased, thank you :)

The surrounding environment is a bit complicated. There are Malays and Indians. The room and apartment environment is good. The management service experience of the apartment is average. To be honest, it’s not even 11 o’clock and they keep urging you to check out. They also need to inform you that it’s earlier. There’s nothing to eat around, so it’s not recommended for Chinese people.
