Great location, just a walk downstairs to the mall with a supermarket and several restaurants. It's also conveniently connected to the LRT station.
The apartment is clean and spacious. The beds are comfortable and the shower has constant temperature.
Check in is easy as the host will send the check in details a day before arrival.
Overall a good place to stay!

The four corners of the bed frame in the room were very sharp and scratched both of my legs. There were cockroaches and bugs in the kitchen. Other hardware is OK, each room has air conditioning, and there is a public outdoor swimming pool. The service is all communicated through email, which is not convenient. Check-in is only possible after 3pm. The hotel address is not detailed.
