Perfect stay! The place is located near to Bukit Bintang and easy to check-in with the help from the host. The price is reasonable for the room and the view is perfect. Will definitely repeat my stay in the future.

My little sister and my best friend absolutely love this place! The aesthetics and amenities are superb, making it a fantastic spot for a staycation, especially for the girls. The check-in and check-out process is smooth, though you'll need to have MYR200 ready for the deposit. Remember to record this during check-out when you hand the card back to the receptionist. However, there are a couple of downsides: the wait for the lifts, particularly the parking lift, can be quite long, and the air conditioning could be stronger. A quick tip for visitors: remember to validate your parking card to ensure the charge is only MYR5 per entry. Overall, it's a great spot in the Ceylon area, perfect for a girls' getaway!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive from the moment I arrived, always ready to assist with anything I needed. Their warm and professional service made my stay very comfortable and enjoyable. One small suggestion would be to allow the deposit to be paid by credit card for added convenience, as this would make the check-in process even smoother for guests. Additionally, I feel that the breakfast selection could be improved, as the variety was a bit limited compared to what I expected. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and friendly team. With a wider breakfast selection and the option for credit card deposits, it would be even more perfect.

The location is surrounded by greenery and feels quieter compared to the busy parts of the city, yet it’s still right in the heart of Bukit Bintang. It’s within walking distance to Jalan Alor Food Street and Pavilion Bukit Bintang, which made exploring the area very convenient. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was very responsive throughout the stay. All the information provided was clear and helpful, making everything easy from the start. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again. Highly recommended to friends and family!
