Amazing place, the unit is very well decorated and super clean. The location is at the middle of city square, only a few minutes walk to KLCC
The PIC of the unit was also very helpful, would book again :D

I will not recommend this unit, it was not accommodating a-lot of the needs. Host was unresponsive i had to make multiple texts and then the host will respond. Not a single call was attended. Overall i regretted my decision to stay here. Only good thing was the location.

Checking In here was very stressful, the communication with the host was horrible as I have to wait at the property for an hour before check in. No parking provided. Slow response, wrong room number was provided, wrong mailbox number was provided upon check in. No smart tv, no cups were provided In room. Allot more issues, I wouldn’t recommend this place

Had a hard time trying to check in. Unorganized staff forgot to leave keys in the mailbox. Inconvenience for us since we had plenty of luggage just waiting around outside in the hot weather. Living room was clean except washroom showers.
Response times for staff is not immediate either. Other than that very convenient area to stay. Pricing was appropriate.
