One of the best 4-star hotels I’ve ever stayed at!
The service was excellent, facilities were well equipped, and although the buffet breakfast wasn’t huge, everything tasted great. Even the parking area smells nice.
Special shoutout to the male bartender on the 9th floor, super friendly, easy to talk to, and he even treated me to a drink. He truly made the stay feel extra warm and welcoming.
I stayed in a city-facing room with a lovely view at 15 floor. The only downside was the LRT noise from below, which bother me to sleep at night, and there was no full body mirror in the room. But aside from that, everything was perfect here.
Overall, it was a high value stay. I’ll definitely come back again :)

I request for the highest level of the room and the receptionist give me level 18 which i am very grateful for it ! The room is quite small but for a two people it is very acceptable! Clean and very stylish ! However, i thought marriot brand got ird (in room dining) but moxy kl didnt have it so quite sad but issokay. Overall is fine would come again one day !

Close to LRT is a plus point but it is super quiet in the morning and night. Request for higher floor to avoid noise from LRT

Loved my stay at Moxy KL Chinatown!
The design is super stylish and full of personality, everything is clean, and the location is perfect — right in the heart of Chinatown.
Staff were warm and helpful throughout.
Only wish the pool was a bit bigger, but the rooftop vibe still made it a great spot to relax.
Will definitely be back!

We had a great stay! The hotel is new, clean, and very well maintained. Staff were super friendly, cheerful, and helpful. Our room was perfect—even though we chose one of the more affordable options. The only small downside was the lack of a closet. The rooftop pool was a lovely bonus. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back!
