You get what you pay for. Location is convenient to city centre and avoid traffic jams.
Booked a standard Queen but room was unavailable and was upgraded to a large king. Thumbs up for service.
Room was large and clean. However, the sink was leaking and in the 2 days i was there, hotel did not manage to fix it.
There is water dispenser so amenities, I rate good for that
Nonetheless a pleasant stay

Affordable, cheap, spacious, clean and friendly staff. Best for short stay. Got many stalls nearby. There’s nice view at the roof top.

It is in the city center so it was easy for us to navigate surrounding areas like petronas twin tower.

I recently stayed at Palette KL Sentral, and it was a pleasant experience. The room was basic setting and clean, with comfortable bed. The space was compact but efficiently arranged, perfect for solo or business travelers.
▶️ Water dispenser provided, and limited roadside MBKL parking available.
Overall, it was a great budget-friendly stay, Ideal for short stays and travelers who want to explore KL without spending too much. Would stay here again!

I had a wonderful experience at Hotel. The staff were extremely accommodating, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We loved the downtown location, which made it easy to walk to dinner and local attractions. Highly recommend!

The information is incorrect as there isn't any parking provided and the hotel is facing the main street, only few public parking is available and it is parked at your own risks. The bathroom is full of water after the shower. the door step is full with rubbish.Will not repeat stay again!

Overall is ok,worth with the price. Nice view from the window at night time. Receptionist service is good,as the room have some problem to me, and requested to change room. Just the transports sound from main road too noisy, so hard for me to have a good sleep.
