The first experience during 19 - 20 at Royce Residence was good, however we returned from Penang and stayed for 1 more night at Royce Residence was poor!!
Especially in cleanness, hairs were found on the bath towel, washing basin was found partial blockage, iron broad was found broken leg, drying function of washing machine was out of service!!
In fact, this stay was unacceptable!!

Good:
- The room is big and good for family.
- swimming pool at roof top is nice.
To improve:
- parking at level 5, took 15min to in/out.
- parking is not easy to drive up/down. Need very good skill.
- auto power off when door open/close is very annoying.
- check in procedure is not clear. No instructions given before arrival.
- good to provide laundry detergent if the washing machine is provided.

The room is luxuriously decorated, with a washing machine and oven. The window faces the Twin Towers. There are many delicious foods nearby. The service is warm and the response is fast.

The night view of the Twin Towers is outside the window. It is clean and the service is very good. Because the flight was delayed, we arrived very late. There is a barbecue and convenience store downstairs. Most importantly, there is an infinity pool. The children especially like it.
