Scarletz Suites KLCC Twin Tower by Purple Orchid

Nice and very strategic place but a few things to take note of, the host does not have a self check in, and don’t have a check in counter as well, have to wait for a while for the service staff to come down for check in. The tower has 48 levels but only 4 lifts in service hence it always takes forever for the lift to arrive.

Location is great. 5 minutes walk from the towers. There is a convenience store in the lobby and restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The studio is modern and well equipped... nothing to say! The pool is very good too with a great view -I arrived very late and had a good welcome by Ash who waited for me while other establishments had cancelled my reservation because of my late arrival

Booked 1x unit for 8nights for 6people capacity, as advertised. However, they came only 2x queen size beds which are only fit to 4people. I decided to book another 1x unit for another 2people, which was dedicated to my parents. They got different level, however they accepted my request for not too far away level - so we can visit them easily for foods delivery, etc. Nice colour theme choice of floor/wall, great interior design, love the stunning window views ! They also have gorgeous sky pool with sky jacuzzi too. However, they didn’t provide daily cleaning, only accepting 1x once clean towels/mat request, found dirty spoon + someone’s clothes at the bathroom when we arrived first time, also not sure if they changed the bedsheets or not (felt not fresh sheets & some stains on it). We booked them approx $700 AUD for 8nights & another unit $400 AUD for 5nights.
