Everything's good, check in and check out need to contact because no receptionist. Amenities is really standard, no tissue. But they have washing machine for those who needed.

So bad that I don’t even know where to start. Let’s begin with coordination. I emailed several times to ask if it was possible to request an early check-in—no response. Two days before arrival, I received an email asking me to message them about my arrival time. They noted there would be a charge of RM10 per hour for early check-in. My advice to the operator or owner: If your place isn’t in top condition, you have no right to be arrogant. Even if it were, humility and courtesy should always be your standard. My advice to Trip.com: Please stick to listing proper hotels. These non-hotel properties belong on platforms like Airbnb, not here. Disappointed. Disgusted. Disheartened.
