Got a last-minute booking one night before arrival and it was really well priced! This stay offered a very good night's rest: the bed and pillows were comfortable and comforting. The location offered some nice meals and traffic wasn't too bad, for once.

The location is unbeatable, there are no other good hotels around the area. Hopefully, early check-in (e.g., at 12 pm) will be possible. Connecting rooms are great for families.

Top notch service provided by the hotel team. They went all out to decorate the room and provide desserts to us when they found out on our ROM.
Location is very convenient with all popular food and attraction nearby. Walking distance to MRT.
Breakfast comes with varieties of Malaysian and western food. The drinks in JANN bar is fantastic, deserved to be top20 bar in Malaysia.
The view is stunning with the key landmarks. Merdeka118, TRX, Twin Tower, and KL tower.

Location is great with many food options arnd and near to lrt station. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is pretty ok with decent selection with a touch of Malaysian food. View from the bar is not too shabby but pool is pretty small. However, I’m not sure if the hotel is trying to save electricity as the hallway and lifts are extremely warm with near to no AC, given that the weather was really hot during our stay, it was an unpleasant experience for us once we step out of our room. The room AC was somewhat centralised and it was at 26 degrees at all time and we were literally sweating in the room but thankfully the temp dropped to at night (after we called the engineer to fix it). Overall a pleasant stay but management could do smth bout the AC situation.
