Very convenient location. Only issue is the toilet only 1 bathroom and was located in the master bedroom which is quite inconvenient when shared the room with friend

I did some research about the hotels near KLCC… when I saw the picture of the swimming pool and gym, I decided to give it a shot instead of booking proper hotel…
What I can say is… the location is very good cuz it is 3 mins walk to twin towers and it is located in KLCC… if you have two days only, it is worth a try…
But management of the service apt is a bit chaotic…cuz it is actually residential… you can not expect you can get the service like a proper hotel…
When you wanna ask for something… you gotta go down to the lobby… and no one is at the lobby at night….
Kitchenware are so overused… I didn’t even wanna try to cook omelette with it cuz definitely it would get burned…
Very simple set up in the room…
If you wanna go to swimming pool, bring your own towels from the room…
Good things is the rooftop swimming pool stay open till midnight and has an amazing view of twin towers at night…
But not what I expected for the price…

Only facing a bit problem on check in, fully follow procedure of management request but front desk still dont recognise my reservation, the room, facility and housekeeping service so far is excellent,will visit again. 👍
