This time i made a mistake because booking the room on the wrong date. I book the room in early morning in my room, forgot to switch on the light, that why i make a mistake, i beg the hotel to accept my request for the date change, but the hotel rejected, i didn’t chek in at 8/7 because i have to work on that day, i’m from kuantan how can i come to KL on the working day at least on the weekend or school holiday, but the hotel didn’t accept that, i must book another room for the date 18/7 because my daughter registeration day at IIUM GOMBAK. Thanks a lot to trip. Com for give me compensation 🥰🥰🥰

It is a nice hotel within a walking distance of the city center.
Breakfast was ok with quite a lot of options.
The only downside is the elevator. It is extremely slow, it takes 5 minutes to get into your floor.

Room is clean and Receptionist is so friendly. The location is so good , near MRT and Shopping Mall. I love IDEAS Kulala Lumpur and I would choose it for next Holiday If I come back Malaysia

IDEAS location is average. The room is great with King bed and the lightings are good considerations as can select indirect light reflection which I like. Breakfast is average good. Counter service staff are good too.

its supposed to be a new hotel but somehow felt like a pretty old hotel. maybe can do better on the maintenance like the bathroom door and cleanliness of the rubber lining on the sink. but still pretty good stay overall. maybe can add in the feature of tapping hotel card in the lift to get to the rooms to increase security.

Everything was great. The location is strategic. Breakfast so delicious. Hotel and room so clean. But the staf at front desk not so friendly (maybe just me or i not sure). But overall, very recommended !
