The hotel has a unique historical feature and belongs to a charming ancient building. The rooms are beautiful and the food is delicious. The People are very beautiful and gentle, providing a great travel experience that deserves praise!

Service was pleasant, and the room was surprisingly large. The bathroom was spacious too, though the shower head fixture was a little loose and the shower hear kept falling off if water pressure was turned too high up. Wasn't able to use the pool as it rained during the whole trip. The breakfast buffet is okay though we were expecting a little more variety. Overall a very decent hotel worth considering.

Great location just stone away to TRX (much better mall than Pavilion to my opinion) , many eateries around , short walk to major shopping mall (7-8min to Pavilion; 10-15min to Lot 10; 15-20min to KLCC) Generally clean accommodation , basic necessities for a studio apartment (microwave oven and kettle) , but no coffee machine 😆 which alright for us as we have more opportunity to cafe hopping . Staffs service are excellent, special mention Dian, Arif and the senior guy at the concierge. They are super helpful, informative, accommodating and friendly. You always being warmly greated whenever they see you . Good job 👍 this make your guest feel welcome and look forward to return. We don’t take the bfast as we intend to explore more food outside like at petaling, TRX , Ampang and other street food which what makes Malaysia a Truly Asia country one should visit.

Studio premier room. Don’t really know the difference between studio deluxe and premier, but premier is supposedly better. Rooms are spacious.

My stay at capri was exceptional! The staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and efficient, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming. My room was spacious, spotless, and featured a modern, comfortable design with high-quality linens. I especially appreciated the quiet ambiance, which allowed for excellent sleep quality on the very comfortable mattress. The breakfast buffet offered a fantastic variety of delicious and fresh options, and the hotel's location was perfect, placing us within easy walking distance of all the city's main attractions. We were very pleased with our experience and look forward to returning!
