The location is fantastic and the view is very good. Furnitures are old, sofa a bit torn, broken TV remote and the TV… The point is, the price you pay is very affordable, so please be real and don’t expect too much. The operators are nice but if they can be more responsive/prompt, it would make the whole experience a lot better. Last but not least, car park is not provided foc.
This is my 4th time staying at this hotel. Everything is fine during my stay but they really need to step up in terms of maintenance. Otherwise I love the location!
The location is good. Easy access. Journey from airport-hotel-airport roughly take closed to 1hr if no jam. Anyway, we got upgraded from family room to club premier suite, which have 2 bedrooms. 1 king size bed and 2 of the single bed. Both room provided with all amenities and free flow of mini bars. Water bottle each room 4 bottles. Total 2 bathrooms and one toilet. Check in process very fast and required for deposit.
FYI, for those that love to have breakfast in hotel during your stay, this hotel ONLY PROVIDED VEGETARIAN. So the entire breakfast spread was meatless. This is my first time staying in hotel that only served VEGETARIAN option and non other offer. Although for their other buffet also VEGETARIAN. When I first stepped into the hotel lobby, then only I understand why it’s only serve VEGETARIAN. It’s because this hotel mostly the customers are Indian nationality and Arabian. Think at least 85% are this 2 nationalities. Shopping mall just beside the hotel, but it’s seem like I’m in LUCKY PLAZA for those if from Singapore you will understand what am I talking about.

The apartment unit was nice, spacious and all furnitures were ok. The communication was also ok
Location wise also perfect - only 10mins walk yo Bukit Bintang area.
Quality of the building seemed poor, there were blotches of paint and trash in the corridor. We had big problem with the lift. Trapped for around 10mins and had to keep pressing the emergency comm button few times before someone answered, and the person didnt seem to know how to help. Then the next day when we went to the lift, our card (and another passenger's) did not seem to work and we had to take the stairs. I would not want to stay there again because of safety issue with the lift.
Location wise, Lloyd’s Inn is right next to TRX. Pavilion and Bukit Bintang monorail is under 10 minutes walk away. Pool is small but sufficient. Business room was spacious for a solo traveler. The minimal, Muji-esque interior draped with greenery is really pleasing to the eye.
Breakfast has 2 options for main course. Also available for self service are fresh juices, overnight oats (delicious), fruits and bread and jams.
The room directly jn front of the lift does experience small noise from the human traffic. There were some construction outdoor downstairs so can hear from the room as well but nothing too bothersome.
Huge apartment with kitchen, washing machine, great view from the room, hige bathroom with a big size shower nice modern building with good facilities.
Place and location too good.Very closed to TRX mall.Even We enjoyed Infinity pool the most.
Completely recommended this room/building.
Finally the host who gave us key Mr Shariful this guy too helpful. As we need he send us very fastly.
Thank you Mr Shariful for your service.
Very nice accommodation, spacious , clean and beautiful.
The check in process was very smooth and pleasant
The property sent me a WhatsApp to invite me to join the group and informed me their checked team will meet me at the lobby. I communicated to them via the chat group on my estimated arrival time.
The checked in staff brought me to my accommodation, demonstrated to me on how to gain access to the room.
I love this hotel because its so convenient . N worth with the price. Except for the soundproof room. I can hear people sneezing next my room. Lol. 😅. But overall i enjoy staying here. Soo close with trx. Few minutes from bukit bintang sungei wang pavi. Got parking space n its free.
Location and room is great! I like how there are 2 toilets in one service apartment. Downside is they do not change towel until 3 days later even though requested to change. No tissue box in the room. WiFi in the 2 bedrooms are not very strong. Best is at the living room. Overall I still enjoyed my stay and staff are very friendly.

Amazing
GGuest UserI don't speak any English, so I chose this Chinese-speaking hotel. It turned out to be the right choice. The housekeeper speaks very good Chinese. I thought she was Chinese. I originally added WeChat, but the housekeeper told me that WeChat was blocked and I could only communicate by email. But it's pretty good after getting used to it. The reply to messages is also very fast. There is a large garden and swimming pool on the 10th floor. There are many B&Bs in this community, and many people live there, but they all need access cards to go up. The elevator design is very strange. The room is very cozy and fully equipped. It's a very good experience
AAnonymous UserWe stayed here for 3 nights. Host had put in effort to decorate the apartment which consists of 2 bedrooms (queen n single bed) n 1 shared bathroom. Conveniently located near Pavilion n Exchange TRX, about 10-15 mins walk. Good facilities such as gym n swimming pools. Host is friendly, responsive n accommodating.
VVickyOrnThe location is unbeatable—very close walking distance to TRX and Pavillion Malls. The interior has this sleek, minimalist - yet - cozy vibe, with warm lighting that makes you feel right at home the second you step in.
All the furniture and appliances are brand - new and work like a dream. You can tell the host put so much thought into the details. And the bedding Incredibly soft, slept like a log all night!
The host is super responsive, replying in a flash and handling every request perfectly. For the price, it’s a total steal. Already planning my next stay here!
MMichaelRight before arriving we were informed of room change due to leak in booked room. Although switching to 2 rooms instead of 1 was not optimal, amount of total space was an upgrade. The rooms had plenty of amenities and were clean inside. Hallways outside could be better kept. Pool looked great and used the gym which was nice to have.
AAnonymous UserRoom is really great for couples cause it is spacious and the room is clean with spacious toilet and bath tub and also breathtaking view of the city. Will definitely come again. Shout out to the wonderful mr Robinson for helping us out
EerangPERABOT DAH LAMA, SMELLY ON THE CARPET, KATIL DAH LAMA, DAH RASA SPRING DAH. ADE BATU DAH PECAH KT SHOWER, PERABOT KT SINK PON DAH KOPAK. MAYBE CAN IMPROVE ON THE INTERIOR.
GGuest UserNice suite in a good location. Booked the room for two nights. After checking in at 6 AM I had to change rooms at noon. That was a little bit inconvenient. This hotel doesn't have a front desk. For checking in and checking out you have to call a number and someone is coming 10 to 15 minutes later. When leaving, I was checking out at 5 AM to catch an early flight. I called and waited 20 minutes but nobody came. When I called the number again, the same person, sounding very sleepy answered. He probably fell asleep again after the first call. Finally 15 minutes later somebody came to check me out and return the security deposit.
