Kuala Lumpur Pudu Hotels

This hotel is a bit far from bukit Bintam. You need to walk around 15 mins to the train station, take a train, and then you can reach bukit Bintam. Around the hotel don't have a food stall, the same thing you need to walk around 15 mins then can reach food stall, this area a bit quiet, not safe to walk at night, beside hotel many shop, but all no open, no many people in the street, not advise for lady and family with child. I checked in around 8.30pm, and I booked for 3 days 2 nights here. During my booking , I required a queen bed .When I checked in, they arranged for me a 2 single bed without my noted, a lady from the front office saying, ”She upgraded me to premium room [ 2single bed ] for free, as ”Queen's bed is not suitable for us. I stay or she stay? How to she know queen bed is not suitable for us. The room doesn't have toothpaste and a small body shampoo only. On the last day, I was required to extend one night , and a lady from the front office told me that if I needed to extend ,I got to pay for extra, as the room currently I stay is premium room, I told her I did not required for upgrades to premium room during my checked in the 1st night, if you want to change back to the original room when i required, I'm OK, I told her I don't mind to change room , if will cos very inconvenient for both of us, then she say will ask her boss, ending I stay the same room without charge me extra. Just to highlight, the night staff at the front counter both very unfriendly . Ask him something he all says, Don't know, you wait morning 7am ask the counter team. I don't understand why you put them night shift and everything don't know Room cleaning needs to be improved as we find some insects around the wall running around. For this price, I am sure not coming again to stay here.

Upon checking in, we have to deposit 50RM as per hotel policy. But, they didn’t as I just booked for one day and it was nearly to check out time upon arrival to Hotel because of Bus delay from Singapore. Supposed to check out by 12pm but I checked out at 2pm and just charged 30RM. Room is a quite big and clean, no smell, provided iron and ironing board, but there is no dryer. Hotel receptionist is very friendly and very polite to us so we can say that this is the best ever hotel in this price.

I recently stayed at Palette KL Sentral, and it was a pleasant experience. The room was basic setting and clean, with comfortable bed. The space was compact but efficiently arranged, perfect for solo or business travelers. ▶️ Water dispenser provided, and limited roadside MBKL parking available. Overall, it was a great budget-friendly stay, Ideal for short stays and travelers who want to explore KL without spending too much. Would stay here again!

The location of this place is at the heart of Kuala Lumpur city centre which is amazing! 10mins walking distance to Lrt train station and shopping centre. The staff is very friendly and helpful big plus for this. The pod I stay is clean and spacious with soft mattress and pillow, is comfortable, however the air ventilation between the pod is not so good. Air condition only turns on after 7pm at the hall way but inside the pods is still a bit warm. If I turn on the mini fan that comes inside our pod, is too noisy. Lack of hanger inside the pods. The pod is a simple build by plywood so no sound proof and privacy. Water leaking just right in front of my pod. No amenities provided so you need to rent or buy your own lock for the lockers, toiletries etc. The shower room is fine but they should put rack on the wall so that we can put our shampoo and toiletries, only one hook for everything to hang on which is not enough. However the lobby has a nice kl city view, if you’re up for that. My overall rating is 3.5/5 I like this place and I think is suitable for people who just need a clean bed for overnight and does not need anything else and is money valued.

My boys enjoyed their stay here. Location was great. Lalaport was conveniently located within residence. Only downside we got only 1 access card.

I choose to stay at Kingston Hotel 3 just because I need quite place and easy access to Bukit Bintang. Everything is good to me.

Overall my stay experience with Orkid hills hotel is amazing, I stayed family deluxe room, the room is affordable and spacious. The shower is great! And the bed is comfortable to me. My friends are also happy with the stay overall! The room cleaning service is on call basis which is good, as I do not require daily cleaning. The reception call is also very effective and food order is also reasonable and nice. And it’s opposite Lalaport, walking distance to hang Tuah lrt/monorail station. I would definitely come back here again! Thank you.

very strategic location, near to ICC Pudu, Berjaya Times square and lot of good food. Very nice to meet the men staff at morning which help my problem, cos the 2 women staff at night didn't help at all. Room is standard, maybe need improvement in maintenance wallpaper&bathroom.

This is not my first time staying here. A single room without windows looks like a coffin (although this was not specified when booking). You sleep in a coffin without a ray of light, in the dark. There is only an opening to the ventilation shaft. The walls are extremely thin, you can clearly hear your neighbors. Upon check-in they charge an additional 10 RM, be careful, although in many other places in KL this levy is not there, or it is already included in the price of accommodation. The hotel has more decent and comfortable rooms, but they are more expensive, designed for two.
