Negative: Room TV has no YouTube and Netflix App , very boring and swimming pool is very small. Complimentary coffee powder has no coffee taste and fragrance. Positive: 950 m to Twin Towers and location is quite good. Bed is good and comfortable Room is clean , Safe, Fridge are provided.

Really enjoyed my stay at Scarletz Suites! The room was spacious, clean, and had everything I needed – include a mini kitchen. Super convenient! The location was also great, close to popular spots and easy to get around.

Wonderful location near two subways and a few important sights in KL. The room was big and had a nice kitchen and all the necessary facilities even a washing machine. WiFi is really strong. I can recommend this hotel.

The house little bit small but beautiful and well-equipped, with almost everything provided except for a washing machine, which would be very useful for long-term stays to do laundry. Parking was not designated, so I had to look for a spot in the visitor area, and during peak hours the lift could get quite crowded, especially when heading to the parking levels. I didn’t get the chance to try the facilities, but overall I am happy with my stay.

It was basically like cleaning the room again. The chairs were all black. There were no toiletries such as toothbrushes, and no mineral water. But the room was big, so remember to bring disinfectant wipes to wipe it. Ctrip delayed check-out to 2 o'clock. From 1:30, the cleaning staff kept knocking on the door and urging us. We had to wait at the door to clean. In the end, we couldn't check out after 1:40.

The place is excellent, view is amazing, swim pool, gym and nearby food centres and malls, Train Station too. Stayed at Level 25 in a Suite with Kitchen. For 2 nights. Was happy. Too many Roaches and other BUGS Infestation. * Cleaning/Housekeeping and Pest Control has to be done regularly. I swepted off too many dead or killed roaches. Too many pests eggs built up behind Bed Fest Slabs. Housekeepers need to check and clean, clear peat infestation by hiring peat control henve meanwhile maintain Hygiene prominently. I wish i was there longer however the BUGS/PESTS Freaked me off. I hope to visit jalan Nipah - Nue Suites again but this time i hope the rooms are in improved and sanitized condition. Employees were polite and helpful.

I'm happy with my stay here. I will recommend it to my friends. But not to expect so much expectations becoz it's a dorm. Thank u to warm approach and accommodation of cassy and isah . I love talking with them becoz they listen and will suggest good things. I feel like home. Good job ! Thank u and more power to your place.
