Hotels in KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur

Stayed 2 nights here. I wouldn’t consider this a hotel, it’s more like serviced apartments. The only toiletries provided are towels, body wash and shampoo. Location is also not fantastic, no malls or convenient stores nearby. Our plane landed after midnight and we checked in at almost 3am, someone helped to call the person manning the front desk to come, which took awhile. The inside door lock was spoilt for the room we stayed but our belongings were untouched. You pay for what you get. It’s okay for short term stay. Didn’t have any issues with cleanliness

If only one elevator is working, the waiting time will be a bit long. Breakfast needs to be improved. But it is worth mentioning that the location is suitable for me

For the price paid for 3N, I'd say it's above my expectation. Coway water dispenser with hot water is available on the ground floor and on each floor there's a water dispenser too, albeit the hot water feature is non-functional. There's an ironing board on each floor too, a feature I saw in the Sun Inns Hotels too. Location is walkable from. KL Sentral or Nu Sentral. Rapid buses ply along the main road, a walking distance from the hotel. Overall, truly satisfied with this hotel.

I had a great stay at this hotel overall. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the location was convenient for getting around. The only downside was the elevator wait time. It often took quite a while, especially during peak hours. It would definitely help if this could be improved.

great location, good price,has gym and upstair common room has big tv with netflix. . The service its outstanding from all the staffs. location just a cross from NU sentral Plaza which has many transportation options like train,metro,tram n bus plus on the same groundfloor . Recommend to exchange ur money on the ground floor exchange place in the NU sentral, rate is one of the better value. Thai RM 3.50 _perdish was ,our fav spot in that plaza U can also apply upstairs for touch n go card which a must for KL public transport. . Recommend

The receptionist was very friendly. View from room is nice, can see the twin tower and LRT passing by. About 18 minutes walk to KL Sentral. Breakfast was provided in the small cafe beside the hotel : nasi lemak, porridge, cereal & milk, bread, etc. Quite good.

We stayed for 2 nights, asked for extra pillow and the lady receptionist said she will do best to arrange later, but never come until I fallen asleep. The next day the guy in reception said no more pillow for us because all the rooms fully occupied. It's My first time in my entire stayings in a hotel, not enough pillow. Can u believe that? 😂

I stayed for 2 nights with my wife and two toddlers, and we had a wonderful experience. We got a free room upgrade, and the room was very clean and felt new, with complete amenities. For Muslim travelers, I highly recommend this hotel as most of the staff are Muslim and warmly greet you every time you meet them. The location is also great — you’ll find a 24-hour Nasi Mamak restaurant nearby, along with local fruit stalls, small eateries, minimarkets, and a self-service laundry, all of which make the trip more convenient and enjoyable. The hotel is very close to public transport, just a few steps from KL Sentral and directly connected to NU Sentral Mall, as it is located right under the monorail station. One thing that could be improved is the soundproofing, as noise from neighboring rooms can be heard. However, this wasn’t a big issue for us since we only used the hotel for resting at night.

Perfect location, fast check in check out. Hair dryer and kettle with coffee provided, iron provided outside sharing basis. Air conditioning works perfectly, good shower pressure , worth the price. No parking provided you have to find it outside and it’s a busy road esp on weekends but u can park at Sentral hotel infront - flat rate Rm6

I booked a room for 3. It's quite small, especially the bathroom. The towel rack is way too high I couldn't reach it..but it's quite high in other hotels, too. Maybe it's like this in Malaysia... You can choose a set breakfast, it says that the value of breakfast is 5MYR. For my breakfast it's 2 eggs and tea. that's it. So don't expect much. Anyway location is good, just opposite NU Sentral. I can walk to KL Sentral station easily. I'm satisfied with the hotel overall.
