Friendly staff. first got noisy aircond room, asked to change room, staff gave me another room. The aircond is cold, the water heater works, there are kfc mcd lotus restaurants that are easy to find. parking in front of the hotel has to buy a coupon from Pahang Go Ja.

Love the place! This is especially for the privacy that you can get. It's sooooo peaceful. The only setback which to me is a pretty big deal is the rock wall on the beach since I wanted a hotel room that has direct access to the beach with the normal kind of beach view and beach feeling right on our doorstep. Other than this, it was an excellent holiday for me and my husband.

PRO Hotel location walking distance to beach and close to popular dining places & cafes. Helpful & Attentive staff. CONS This is an aging hotel and the maintenance can`t catch up as the years progresses. Our first night was terrible when we found out that the bed is full of bed bugs. The next morning they apologised for the issue and we were transferred to a new room. There always old marks & old stains on the bedsheet, blankets, toilets, walls but might be acceptable for some. No phone in the room, you have to call using your own phone if you want to reach the front counter. Breakfast 2.5/5. Again cleanliness is the issue, bowls, plates, you will find some particles in them. And the food is just average and cold. OVERALL : Just ok, below my expectation. WILL I RETURN? : Maybe no

The twin bed room was big and spacious on the 23rd floor (highest floor is 26). The hotel is beside the sea and windy throughout the day. It is convenient to take a taxi to the city or Teluk Cempedak beach. However, I was charged RM100 for early check-in because there was nothing to do until 3 pm. The reception could have been more flexible as there weren't many guests staying at the hotel or giving us a seaview room for the additional RM100 charge. We had a fright when the door of the lift could not close completely after we went inside. Luckily, we managed to get out and take another lift.

Bilik ok la, cuma cleanliness dan amenities tu macam dah lama keadaannya. Makanan breakfast semua ngam sedap tapi servis dari awal masuk sepatutnya ada staf jaga kaunter utk tick bilik mana tiada kat depan, makanan / air @ pinggan cawan yg dah habis tak topap dan lambat sedar. Orang makin ramai.
