Intercity Hotel properties in Kunming

My previous company meetings in other cities have booked Intercity Hotels, and I've always been pleasantly surprised by their decor and facilities. The name really doesn't do them justice, haha! This particular Intercity Hotel in Kunming feels even more meticulous and thoughtful, and they're not stingy at all. The afternoon tea ☕️ is extensive, offering pastries, fruit, coffee, tea, and other beverages. Plus, fresh fruit is delivered to the room every day! Service industries should definitely take a leaf out of their book; when you get the details right and don't start strong only to fizzle out, you'll gain more repeat customers. The front desk and housekeeping staff are all incredibly nice, offering patient and smiling service. They recommended travel tips, restaurants, and more. My child didn't eat breakfast, and a lovely lady even packed a box of small pastries and a box of fruit, worried that my child might get hungry on the way. This level of thoughtfulness and attentiveness truly surpasses some larger star-rated hotels! I've already booked Intercity for a friend, and I believe as long as they stay true to their original intentions, they will only get better!
