Staying at Ji Hotel Kunming Airport was an excellent decision. Instead of spending the night waiting uncomfortably in the airport during an overnight transit, we were able to get proper rest. The bed was very comfortable, and we enjoyed a deep and restful sleep. The room size is adequate, especially considering the hotel is located within the airport. The location is extremely convenient—simply take the elevator to the second floor after exiting the arrival hall. A thoughtful touch was the complimentary snacks and fresh fruit served with a tea set, which made the stay feel especially welcoming. Although the staff do not speak English, they are very kind, polite, and helpful, which greatly enhanced the overall experience.

The high-speed internet makes online meetings stress-free, and the desk height and lighting are perfect for long work sessions. Their locations are usually convenient, and the service is thoughtful and attentive. She even prepares small gifts for children, provides tote bags for those with mobility issues, accepts packages, and offers extra blankets – all thoughtful details that make warmth readily available. The 24-hour laundry room is equipped with detergent and disinfectant, ensuring clothes are soft and fluffy after drying. A gym and clean swimming pool cater to exercise needs. The diverse and abundant breakfast, a fusion of Chinese and Western options, with fresh fruit and hot Chinese dishes, satisfies the ”Chinese palate” and invigorates the morning. I casually opened Ctrip and booked a hotel. I didn’t expect the service to be so good. My pants were dirty and I came to the front desk to pick them up. They then gave me a plate of fresh fruit. As a result, my clothes were washed and brought to me. I found that they were delivered in the wrong way. They also delivered milk and a Deluxe. Seeing that we were the first We were given two free breakfasts during one stay. They also thoughtfully gave us chrysanthemum tea when we came out in the morning. We were already halfway there by taxi. The front desk called and said that they came to our room to give us aromatherapy. Although we didn't get it, we still thank you very much. I have stayed in so many hotels outside, but few have such good service attitude, which is comparable to the service of the Thousand Yuan Hotel. I will stay there in the future. I wish the hotel will get better and better, and the business will be prosperous.

The front desk staff are warm and professional; they proactively offered local sightseeing tips during check-in and even thoughtfully presented a small gift at check-out. The breakfast offers a rich variety, including Chinese, Western, and local specialties, all with fresh ingredients and excellent taste. The hotel's location is superb, close to a subway station and commercial areas, making it convenient for travel and shopping. Whether for a business trip or a family vacation, this is undoubtedly the top choice for accommodation in Kunming. I highly recommend it to everyone!

The hotel's location is super convenient, you can see it right outside the high-speed train station. The white tea scent is absolutely lovely. The room insulation is excellent, and the TV is huge – watching shows in bed was pure bliss! My white jacket got dirty, and the washing machine did an amazing job cleaning it. You just drop your clothes in the laundry room with a tag, and the staff washes them for you, so thoughtful! I'll definitely be back!

The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the sound insulation effect is excellent, and the sleep is not disturbed all night. In particular, I would like to praise Xiao Wang at the front desk, from his warm smile at check-in to patiently introducing hotel facilities, and the whole service was professional and intimate. When he urgently needed to print documents in the early morning, he took the initiative to help solve them, and also intimately recommended the surrounding 24-hour convenience store. This ”silent and silent” service really interprets the meaning of being at home, and the next trip will definitely choose the whole season again. I have stayed here many times in the past month and was satisfied with most of them, except this time. We checked in after 11 o'clock and didn't get any night souvenirs. The male waiter volunteered to press the elevator button, but the button didn't go directly to the floor. I pressed one more floor, but the elevator was under renovation late at night. I was scared. I had to go back to the first floor and press other elevators. The male waiter was nowhere to be found. I was already exhausted and it took more effort to rest early. I redeemed my points for a late check-out until 2 o'clock, but the staff called me at 10 o'clock and 11 o'clock to ask if I wanted a late check-out. The lack of communication from the staff affected my rest and mood. Everything else is pretty good, and it's safer and more hygienic to stay at All Seasons.
