這次入住錦江之星牛街莊店的體驗非常愉快，尤其要表揚前台的服務！辦理入住時，小細節協調的很好。
酒店環境首先就讓人眼前一亮，大堂寬敞明亮，香氛淡雅好聞。房間更是無可挑剔，打掃得一塵不染，床墊和枕頭的舒適度極高，保證了高質量的睡眠。衞生間的乾濕分離設計很合理，熱水供應充足，洗浴用品品質也不錯。另外，酒店的隔音效果做得很好，雖然地處繁華地段，但室內非常安靜。整體來説，是一次遠超預期的入住體驗，強烈推薦！

整體設施比較老舊，我覺得這個也可以理解畢竟不是新酒店。但是房間的衞生狀況堪憂，第一次給我們安排的房間白色的窗紗上全是黃色的污漬，而且鏡片燈的開關是壞的（開關懸掛有脱落趨勢）我們要求換房間，前台説沒有房間了叫了工作人員來看了以後還是給我們更換了房間。結果這個房間的床單上還全是洞，因為做了一天車實在是勞累而且我們也帶了睡袋就沒有再跟前台溝通了，將就睡了一晚上。
令我震驚的是，這是我第一次住到沒有抽紙的酒店，衹在衞生間和茶水櫃分別放了兩個捲紙，我半夜特地點了個外賣送來的抽紙。
整體體驗很不好。

從牛街莊地鐵站B口出來往前走兩三分鐘就找到了，很好找，就在貴昆路。位置優勢僅僅就是離地鐵站近出行方便＆旁邊牛街莊可以吃燒烤，實則周邊很荒涼，什麼都沒有。入住感受還可以，性價比也高，該有的都有，環境衞生也足夠可以。就是衞生間排氣扇開啟後聲音太聒噪了。

前台小姑娘服務態度很好，房間乾淨整潔，辛苦六樓打掃衞生的大姐，勤勤懇懇，兢兢業業的服務態度很好，很滿意。老闆應該給她們加個雞腿。排骨湯泡飯。有停車場，酒店交通便利，地鐵四號線直達。方便吃的也比較多，燒烤。啤酒擼串相當巴適得板。
