No English speaking service is available and we got the wrong information for our trip. Language barrier. Not clean enough to get 5 star hotel.

Room is modern, comfortable with good view. Hotel is about only 300m from Ethnic Village. However, service is far from good - no smile, no thank you from frontdesk all the way to restaurant staff. Ordered a cake and a drink; the cake came but still no drink after 30mins even though it was not crowded, the restaurant also didnt serve tea/water automatically - not service oriented & meticulous. Hotel is called "国际”，but the service standard is definitely not "国际‘.’

Welcome fruit: If this hotel is positioned as a five-star hotel, then the welcome fruit is too low. On the first day, there was a small mango with a few tomatoes, and on the second day, there was a small mango with three small nectarines. It was still not very good.
Late night porridge: I haven't tried it, so I don't know how it is.
Dianchi Lake sightseeing bus: Not used.
Another problem is that the takeaways I ordered are not allowed to be delivered, and there are no waiters to help deliver them, nor robots to deliver them. I have to go downstairs to the first floor to get them. So what's the point of ordering takeaways? If I go downstairs, can I take a taxi to eat outside?
I had two meals in the hotel, the taste was OK, but the breakfast was quite ordinary.

I'd like to give a thumbs up to Haiwei International Resort Hotel on the first night of my Yunnan trip! It's close to Dianchi Lake and Haigeng Park, and convenient for travel. Take the Dianchi cable car and go up Xishan Mountain to feed seagulls.
