酒店的位置很好找，下了北部客運站的地鐵，一直走到路口往左走一點就到了，酒店設施很新，衞生也好，前台的態度很好，在辦理入住的時候給我們送上了菊花茶，酒店有洗衣機和烘乾機很方便，房間也很寬敞，智能馬桶，洗澡間的地面特別防滑，早餐品種搭配和味道都很好，我要特別贊一下現磨的豆漿很濃，味道超級棒👍🏻，提個小小建議，炒飯太硬了，總之這裡是我在車站附近住過最滿意的酒店，就算去城裡玩住這裏也方便，地鐵和公交車的始終點

房間很新，酒店的設施設備也比較新，訂房的時候主要是為了就近帶着孩子去昆明野生動物園，前一晚住的民主村的特色民宿，相較於設施設備老久，木樓步梯的民宿，漢庭酒店就顯得先進又便捷！酒店的機器人送餐，讓孩子們驚喜又興奮，明亮寬敞的房間讓哥哥也更願意寫作業，一樓的免費自助洗衣機配帶了洗衣液和消毒液，還有烘乾機，對於出門旅行了四五天的家庭客人來説，簡直不要太貼心！更加讓我感到賓至如歸的是前台工作人員譚浩，帥氣還貼心，13：00辦理入住，假期房間還未打掃出來，得知我當天着急帶着孩子們去動物園，譚浩建議我可以將行李寄存，見到孩子中午疲憊，給了兩個孩子一盒西瓜，還有小泡泡，孩子們頓時開心精神了很多！入住後，房間的馬桶比較智能，孩子長者不太會使用，不小心把水閥關閉了，工作人員都很耐心解釋和來到房間給予解決。五天的行程下來，每天都是很趕，我想最後一天可以節奏慢一些，我詢問了退房時間，得知是12：00,譚浩看出了我的猶豫，詢問我是否需要延遲到14：00退房，他可以幫我申請。我的那個驚喜，大家懂得起的哈！最最讓我感動徹底的是，我給孩子們洗的衣服洗好後，我打算下樓將衣服放到烘乾機裏，發現衣服已經被工作人員放到了烘乾機裏！酒店的早餐我也想提一下，早餐品種非常接地氣，現煮的米線，麪條，餛飩，中式的炒菜炒飯，牛奶豆漿，水果麪吧，酸奶，小鹹菜和粥……作為一名從事了十多年國際連聯號五星級酒店的工作人員，漢庭酒店讓我被國內品牌酒店的服務和酒店設備功能折服。譚浩主動的服務意識和服務修養，給我們酒店人樹立了優秀的榜樣！期望老闆給予譚浩這樣的優秀員工升職加薪！

房間好小，屋頂比較矮床硬睡着很壓抑，一晚沒睡好，價格有點偏高，還説網上訂的價格便宜沒有早餐，衞生地上有頭髮，服務倒是挺不錯的。

酒店是今年開業的，設施較新（幸好）！一行人從昆明路過在貴酒店定了五間房。前台服務很生疏；房間不仔細看彷彿很乾凈，但滿地的頭髮對潔癖患者不友好（btw 雲南整個酒店業是不會用吸塵器嗎……） ；昆明此等級的城市已禁煙，酒店表面到處都是禁煙標識，但房間仍有煙灰缸why? 什麼邏輯？大堂處處有抽煙的人，服務小哥和我説因為有的客人不聽打招呼，那我們不抽煙的羣體公平何在？服務的一星是給昨天晚上給我送毛巾的小哥哥和早上早餐的小姐姐！謝謝了！但是作為連鎖酒店依舊很拉胯！
