The hotel has good location. There are lical groceries in front of the building. The plaza has Watson and a couple of clothes shops. There are also food stalls behind the building. There is an agricultural market 800 meters from the building which is a good place to see local life styles. Taxi to Yuantong temple was about 12-15 ¥. Taxi to Dianchi lake was 21-29¥. The owner responded quickly. Water bottle was delivered within 1 hour. The kitchen has adequate utensils. Just a little room for improvement was that the microwave was dirty and the sofa smells of sweat and cigarettes. Overall we like the apartment and would recommend our friends to stay there.

Nice and practical apartment in a nice neighborhood. It’s not a hotel, so most suitable to travelers catering to themselves. The stove, kitchenware and washing machine are convenient. Service and response by the owners is good and practical (provided one speaks Chinese). Good deal. Will book again.

Great location, right next door to a beautiful riverside park and a block from shopping malls. Very friendly and helpful staff, very nice room with fridge, kitchen, washer machine, and city views. Strongly recommend, and will book again in the future.
