這家賓館在地鐵口附近，出地鐵，走路3分鐘就會來到賓館，房間在五樓，而且價格便宜，房間設施一應俱全，還專門配備了電路插板，太適合玩手機了，而且上網速度超快!

老闆人很好！很熱情也很隨和。房間便宜，趕車的可以來住，離昆明站進站口頂多10分鐘的距離。設施較老舊但都是乾淨的。

我此次訂的是一個標準間。是我平生以來住過的最差旅店，比農家樂還差：卧具未更新（有汗臭）；衞生差（傢俱到處是灰塵）；大衣架近散架（固定螺絲鬆動）；衞生間內是蹲坑不僅不圖示，還報價90元/晚（高出其他同檔次衞生間蹲坑旅店10-20元）；衞生間內沒有盥洗台（僅放置一塑料盆）；衞生間淋浴頭沒有支架（須手持洗浴）；wifi信號大多數時間近於零。最難以忍受的是整個房間充斥，且開窗都無法消除的騷臭味，整晚像是睡在廁所。如果不是位置尚可（距離昆明站及地鐵站很近），老闆又退了15元房費，我就退訂了。
後來者慎重！！！
